Stunning views and a homely atmosphere. Friendly welcome from the host and the overall atmosphere was lovely. One of the highlights was the stunning views. Being able to see horses and the chickens was really amazing. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.
I stayed with my mother and sister. The cottage, farm and animals are noticeably well kept and tended to. Very peaceful, and the cock-a-doodle-doos and neighs joyfully reinforce the sense of being on a farm and away from hustle and bustle, despite being a quick drive from the grocer and within close proximity of cafes, restaurants, wine estates, and even wellness spas. The broader Wellington has much to offer too. An animal lovers' dream, and we thoroughly enjoyed our moments with the farm animals, especially the overly friendly sheep and alpacas. The staff are just the best, and that makes the world of difference to your stay. Thank you for your hospitality, we would love to visit (definitely longer) again in future.
Although we only stayed one night (for a wedding), we were impressed with how well equipped, comfortable and spacious the place is. The beautiful garden, farm animals etc were all just plus points!
We had a wonderful stay. The place is perfect and the animals (chickens, cats and horses) are a bonus. There are delicious restaurants nearby and we could watch Netflix in peace.

It is an excellent place and the hostess is a very kind and friendly woman. Her cats came to our room, which we liked. Nice environment with mountains and a quiet atmosphere. Very clean as well.

We enjoyed it very much. The cottage was very neat and clean, bottle of wine waiting on the bed upon arrival, WiFi with password and a very nice view of the farm itself! Very friendly people. Would definitely recommend to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to go again. Definitely worth it. They really go out of their way with the cottages for the guests and make sure the guests feel this. Outstanding!
