It was amazing, very clean and very hospitable.
Very good, air conditioner must have heating option.
We slept there for one night because we went to watch rugby. No problems encountered and customer service was very good. Room was pretty neat and clean and we really enjoyed staying there. Would love to stay there again.
Room is good. Noise from other rooms though. Doors that close hard. Electronic lock did not work. Reception had to replace lock.
Be careful, although we paid the full amount, they tried to charge extra money. They were also not flexible regarding late checkout and wanted to charge a hefty hourly rate for late checkouts. All in all, it's not recommended!
The only problem was water, but not a big issue because of the KZN disaster that just happen.

The place was neat and tidy. Cutlery was placed in the hotel.
There was a chaos at the reception and people were making noise on the corridors.
Bad service and not what they show on their pictures and stuff. The hotel can really improve.
The hotel is not the same as advertised on the website. Poor maintenance in the room I stayed. With a little TLC it can be a great hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is close to Kings Park.
