1 guests' feedbackThere was no electricity in the unit. When asked to top up, they installed 3 units which then ran out. This was topped up with 6 units after 30 minutes of being in the dark, after 8 pm. We had 5 guests having to wait and not being able to wash themselves after a full day's travel and getting ready for work the next day. Absolutely pathetic service. I wish to get a full refund. My staff could not wash or cook the next morning as the units had run out.
