Ideal accommodation and all attractions are within walking distance.
The Studio was spacious, clean and located to restaurants and places to buy things you need for self-catering purposes. The service was excellent Ian welcomed us nicely and even offered to help us with luggage because we had heavy luggage. You get all the kitchen utensils you need. I don't mind coming back.

The studio is located near the Promenade and plenty of places to eat in the area. One feels safe in the block where the unit is located. Compared to other places we regularly book, and for the rate per night, perhaps attention could be paid to the hospitality with e.g. complimentary coffee and milk etc. as is the custom in most other places. After a flight, that's really all that was missing. We slept well in a neat unit.

Very quiet environment. Woke up in the morning by the birds! Walking distance from grocery stores and Beach Road at the Promenade. Everything very clean and tidy. Professional host. Would definitely recommend this stay.

The studio is very well furnished and the washing machine was a really big bonus. Walking distance from Seepunt Promenade and important shops. The main state is not too busy and access to the parking and studio is safe but easy. I would love to live there again when we visit Cape Town.
Green Point Self-Catering Studio 2 was the perfect fit for our stay in Cape Town. It was immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is in a quiet area and the security was good.
