Great time during the Cape Cycle Tour. Walking distance from all the places. The safe parking was a big plus for us. Neat modern unit. Our host was so friendly and already waiting for us upon our arrival. Highly recommend.
The Green Point Self-Catering Studio was the highlight of our vacation! A tastefully furnished open plan apartment, with everything needed - pots and pans, fridge, stove, lovely large and comfortable bed, clean linen. WiFi worked easily. The set of classical music CDs was exactly on our wavelength! The whole building was apparently also recently repainted in a very tasteful and neat way.

Very cute place and perfectly located for my purposes, namely the terminus of the Argus. Secure parking and very quiet. Shower's drain drained very slowly and as a result water covered the floor, but it was not a big problem. Notified the owner of this. Otherwise we had a nice stay. Will stay there again. (By the way, the photo on the ad is not the Studio we stayed in.)
Very good value for money if you want to stay on this side of Cape Town, with covered parking in a very quiet complex. Very convenient access to highways. One block from the sea.
The Studio is extremely neat and well equipped for a couple who want to be close to the Cape's tourist attractions, but also out of the mainstream for a peaceful stay. Security is very good.

We were kindly received by Ian who also helped to carry our luggage up to the unit. Two sets of stairs lead to the spacious and comfortable upstairs apartment. The unit does not exactly have a view, but is comfortable, clean, tidy and equipped with a radio/CD player, TV and good quality furniture and kitchen equipment. It is centrally located in Seepunt, with secure covered parking and within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. The disadvantages, if one can call it that, are that the TV only shows five channels and that there is no Internet access. Nevertheless, we had a nice stay for the five days and can recommend the Studio.
No customer support. From the moment you step in, you already feel unwelcome; as if you owe the owner/manager something. I would not recommend the place.
We stayed for a total of 6 days in mid-winter and were very snug and warm. In spite of being in a very busy area the property was quiet and tranquil. It has everything a traveller could require - even a hi-fi!
A very comfortable, spacious apartment equipped with everything needed. The unit is on the second floor which is reached by stairs and is therefore not suitable for persons who cannot climb stairs. Excellent bed and bedding! Would stay there again.
