Green Side Accommodation never fails to impress, with great hospitality, an excellent buffet breakfast, and comfortable, spacious rooms. We were a group of 25 and we were all really satisfied with the service we received!
They were so accommodating and breakfast was superb, nicely prepared and there was enough to choose from.

It was okay. The room was comfortable, the only issue was the level of noise from other guests. The room was also located in a very noisy location which made it hard to experience some peace and quiet.
Loud music. Drinking the pool and leaving the bottles next to the pool. Drunk people. Wifi did not reach into our room.
Natasha received us very kindly and was of great help with enquiries. Family rooms so spacious and tidy. Conveniently located and safe. Particularly tasty breakfast in a neat dining room with very friendly staff. Building and gardens very well maintained and neat, clean pool. Would definitely want to stay here again!

Upon arrival, Lucinda helped us very quickly and kindly. In the spare room, the main light and bedside lamp did not work. Aircon in master bedroom very refreshing. Ceiling fans in living room and spare room that don't really cool the place down and it was really, really hot. If you are staying for a long time, one closet is not enough for 4 people. A bit of noise from the other visitors but nothing the staff could do. Location was good for us because 5 minutes from all the places we needed to be but unfortunately on main street and close to Taxi Rank and town. Staff was amazing and friendly. Every day there for housecleaning and every day a different breakfast to enjoy. Swimming pool very neat and clean. Just think that there should be more than one receptionist when people start checking in and also at breakfast. Only one lady for scooping, covering and sanitizing places. If it gets busy for breakfast she can't get to als even if she wants to.
The breakfast was nothing short of amazing.
It was the third time that we stayed here and they met our needs.

The room was clean and tidy. But the breakfast area was dirty and untidy. The container where the juice and fresh water is was incredibly dirty. Glasses were not clean. Will not book a place with Green Side Accommodation again.
Everything was good, the fact that the accommodation has a backup generator made our stay very comfortable. I should would recommend Green Side Accommodation to everyone coming.

We were pleasantly surprised by the service and the whole set up. They also made an extra effort and prepared our breakfast as a takeaway because we had to leave so early the next morning.

The family room was very clean and tidy. Spacious apartment. Would like to see a small kitchen with a sink and faucet, because if you want to draw water you have to go to the sink or bath. Furthermore, the breakfast was very tasty and there was enough to choose from and stop. Would really recommend the stay.

Comfortable, enjoyable, noisy at times due to customers drinking at bar and on rooftop. Suggest that guests be informed that noise should be only till a certain time - there should be a cutoff time. Car parking lots should have shade.

The place is clean and very neat. The staff are very friendly and they go an extra mile to accommodate you. If they can add 1 or 2 things inside the establishment like a fully stocked bar, music at the braai area/balcony and a swimming pool just to have a bit of entertainment.
Rooms were kept clean, we had a nice breakfast, we were not able to swim because the pool was dirty when we asked for it to be cleaned we were told it's cleaned once in the morning
Even thought there is a no-noise policy between 9pm and 9am, the noise level was so intolerable.
Over and above that you pay for accommodation, you have to pay R200 for room keys and a TV remote. They do say that the R200 is refundable but up till today they have not paid the money back. There is also no dinner at Green Side Accommodation, so you need to travel far to get to a restaurant and then breakfast is only from 8-10 so the two days I was there I did not have breakfast as I had to be at the mine at 5 in the morning.
What a lovely place to be.Their staff are so down to earth. They really know what customer service is. Staff of Green Side, please don't change your attitude, your kindness, your friendly manner. I can name so many things, but all in all we are grateful for the service you gave us. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
