This was our 6th time staying at Green Whisper Cottage. The unit meets all our needs. The unit is to one private side of the owner's home, with secure parking behind a remote controlled gate. There are day and night lights that illuminate the area. We didn't use the TV. There is emergency lighting in case of load shedding. Nice treats were left for us to enjoy, a bottle of water and milk was in the fridge, tea, coffee and biscuits were provided. The hostess and host are friendly with good communication and an easy check-in and check-out process. We will definitely come again and can recommend this accommodation.
Extra effort with small things.
My daughter and I once again had a great time at home here. We have been here several times separately as well. It's fun to go back every time.

We used to have a holiday town house in Pretoria which we sold some two years ago. We needed somewhere to stay in the same area and Green Whisper Cottage was within walking distance. We found the premises attractively furnished with all the usual facilities and appliances. There was even a top sheet under the duvet! We found the space adequate for our requirements and liked the cupboards. The outside covered accommodation was used for all meals. There was a separate remote controlled gate for our car with a carport. The room was made up for us after two days. If we are in the area again, Green Whisper Cottage will be our first choice.

Have stayed here in the past and can highly recommend it. Place is neat, clean and the snacks that are put out are always a winner. Keys and remote in the lock box make it convenient not to worry if you arrive a little late.

At first I didn't expect much for the price I paid. Was only to stay overnight, but I was dumbfounded by what was laid out for us in the room. It was clean, tidy and modern. The self-catering unit meets all one's requirements for a comfortable stay. Emergency lighting was provided for during load shedding, as was the schedule of each day's times. Secure parking and convenient self check-in and check-out were a bonus.

This place is very pleasant and great value for money. Neat, everything you need and tasteful furniture. Big plus is the provision for "load shedding" - WiFi, TV and certain power points are still on during load shedding. Making a gas stove for coffee. Comfortable outdoor seating area, but covered. We would really recommend it for a single or 2 persons.
The accommodation was one of the best places I have ever stayed. It was nice, clean and very safe. It's well equipped for load shedding - inverter for WiFi and TV, gas stove with a kettle and enough lights. Manie and Hester were in constant contact to make sure everything was right and sent me the load shedding schedule daily. I would definitely recommend it and stay there next time.

The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by cool vegetation. A secure covered parking, lockable garden gate and security gates allowed us to sleep more peacefully. We were impressed with the chocolates next to our bed, cheese and cookie plate, as well as quality milk and a sealed water in the fridge. Delicious biscuits and cappuccinos on the cupboard and also quality instant coffee and tea in tins. We certainly slept well in fresh linen and a comfortable mattress. Complimentary shampoo etc. was more than enough. No noise, very private and everything you need is close by. Top marks for the owners!

Upon our arrival, we already received a message, via Whatsapp, from the owner about how we will receive the key and remote control of the gate. The entrance to the guest room already takes your breath away. The room is absolutely and spotlessly clean in every respect. The furniture and accessories are carefully selected and beautifully put together for a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere. I usually check a guesthouse's bathroom first, and I can honestly tell everyone that the bathroom was spotless and the shower definitely didn't have a speck of mold. The place really was just a slice of heaven even though we were only booked in for one night because we were staying over for a wedding. Many thanks to the Wandrag couple for making an effort for your guests to make it worthwhile to write good things about Green Whisper Cottage. We once again had a great time in the comfortable, clean cottage. The unit has everything to ensure you a nice stay. Thank you for all the extra tasty treats and fresh milk in the fridge. DStv is also a bonus, as well as secure covered parking with a remote and security light for your convenience. There are also a number of plugs where you can recharge your mobile phone or computer which is very convenient. You can use the same plugs for the hair dryer and if you open the built-in cupboard there is a full length mirror which makes it easy to blow dry your hair, very convenient. There is also an extra fan in the cupboard as well as a roof fan for when it is hot. Free WiFi was provided and the unit complied with Covid-19 protocols. We had a great stay and Manie and Hester respected our privacy, we can recommend Green Whisper Cottage and we will stay there again.

The unit is on the owner's property, but completely private. You have covered parking, a remote where you can easily and safely open and close your gate. There is a day and night light that illuminates everything once you park, so you feel very safe walking to your unit. The unit is just a few steps from where you park. The unit is very clean and tidy. The double bed has very good quality white linen, electric blanket was a treat to keep you warm at night, there is a couch, TV with DStv, nice bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Large bath towels were provided. Soap, shampoo and hand cream were also provided. Very nice fridge/freezer, bottled water, boxed milk and ice were also provided. There were tasty treats such as sherry, cheese and biscuits, cappuccino bags, biscuits, coffee, sugar, rooibos tea and Cylon tea. The hostess thought of everything. There was also hand sanitizer for your use and high Covid-19 protocol was applied. When we arrived in the late afternoon there was already a light and a heater on in our unit to make it nice and warm. The hostess respects your privacy, you have a safe with a code where you get your key yourself and store it again when you leave. We can recommend Green Whisper Cottage for a very nice, comfortable, safe stay and we will definitely stay here again.

We were very much impressed with the spacious facility and the way it was furnished to enable living space additional to the general room/bathroom/kitchenette layout. Hartelijke ontvangst, woning ligt in een luxe buitenwijk en is goed beveiligd. Bij aankomst water in de koelkast en een fles melk als aardigheid. Goed ingericht appartement met een mooie ruime badkamer. Geen kookmogelijkheid, wel een eaterkoker en koelkast. In de tuin een zwembad en een zitje onder een afdak.
