33 guests' feedbackThe house is beautiful and has so many seating areas to choose from. The garden is big and very well maintained. The staff are friendly and always nearby in case you need something. My friends and I had a lovely stay and would definitely like to come again!

The accommodation was fantastic, and we were surprised to learn that the house comes with a dedicated team to help - Jameson and Miriam were brilliant. Great setting, large garden surrounds the property but all safely enclosed so kids can roam free within fenced area.
Jameson and Mildred deserve a thumbs up for their prompt service. It was a huge treat. We had a great time. The upstairs rooms have regular double beds, not king size as in the description, and the one room could do with new bedding and towels. The mattress was also very hollow. The rest is all beautiful.
Jameson was a lovely host. The place also looks beautiful, the pictures don't do the house justice.
Comfortable and spacious house. Air coolers did not work. Lower rooms only have entrance from outside, not inside the house. Upstairs bathrooms have no privacy, no blinds.
Wow! We had a fantastic stay. A weekend to remember for sure. We'll be back! Greenfinch Lodge is a fantastic spot, highly recommended. We all wanted to stay longer. Jamisonn is a star, welcoming, helpful and very professional.

The lodge exceeded all our expectations, it was tidy and the staff we received were friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent. We will definitely go back again.
All I can say is wow! This is a lovely home that had everything we needed. Wish we could stay for longer. The whole booking process, communication, and welcome from Jameson was great. We will definitely be back (if they will have us).

The house is perfect for entertaining groups of people. 12 persons can easily be accommodated. The house is not comfortable for people who are not mobile (many steps). The kitchen is well equipped. Rooms are all en suite. The staff are friendly and considerate. Highly recommend.
Our family of 11 adults and one 3 year old thoroughly enjoyed it. Six bedrooms in total with the most delightful two upstairs bedrooms. Sleeps 13. I recommend it with confidence.

We travelled from Denver Colorado to spend quality time with family members in South Africa and this was the ideal location to catch up and also enjoy the beauty of the bushveld. The lodge was ideal and provided all the amenities on our wishlist - boma, campfires, pool, deck for sundowners, excellent sleeping arrangements, great location for game viewing. Overall the experience was fantastic.
Only complaints: No real closets in any bedrooms, just a few small drawers. Firewood was very damp, very difficult to get a fire going.
We were very surprised when we arrived there! The lodge was very beautiful, the rooms perfect, the living areas awesome. We woke up to the sound of many different birds and zebras, impalas and blue wildebeest drinking at the waterhole right in front of the patio.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Greenfinch Lodge. It was fantastic.

Greenfinch Lodge was ideal for our large family's needs, including the young children. Thanks to the nearby watering hole, you can view the animals that come to drink water right from the veranda. The pool was a welcome experience for everyone and the house was 100% equipped for our needs. The lodge can definitely be recommended if you are looking for a weekend of just unpacking and relaxing, and want to switch off your busyness button.

What a beautiful home! Definitely worth the money. I would suggest that the owner do some maintenance to the property. The lights outside on the porch and some of the air conditioners in the rooms are out of order. The air conditioners were not such a big problem for us, but think it can become a problem especially when it's summer! The lights on the porch bothered quite a lot, because you couldn't eat and socialise outside on the porch. Apart from these little things I would definitely recommend the lodge.
