Absolutely amazing. Andrea and Sandra were the perfect hostesses, very helpful and accommodating. The cottage was cosy, clean and tidy, and had everything we could possibly need, including load shedding arrangements, salt and pepper, and even washing powder. Not to mention the little chocolates and the long-life milk waiting in the fridge for us. So lovely and peaceful, yet in walking distance of everything. Will definitely plan to stay here on our next trip to Knysna.

I think they need to modernise the entrance to the place. Using bolts to secure a sliding gate was crazy. They need to have gates that work with a remote. Otherwise, all good.

Great little place and value for money. The place is very basic, and self catering is leaned more to quick breakfasts. Overall we had no problem, was clean and was ideal for our budget. Walking distance to pretty much everything Knysna had to offer. Pubs, restaurants, shops, etc. Thank you Sandra.

My husband and I holidayed in Knysna in December. We then came across the cute little place for affordable accommodation. The place was extremely clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We were so wonderfully received and taken care of. Our vehicle had very secure parking. The mall and water fountain were walking distance from our place. I would recommend Greenside Self-Catering Accommodation to any couple for a nice getaway. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Knysna!
Greenside Lodge is ideal if one is looking for value for money accommodation to explore the Garden Route Region. Sandra and Frank made us feel very welcome and their hospitality is commendable. The small presents on our departure was highly appreciated and contributed to a memorable experience.

The room is far too small for two people and is also too cramped. My partner and I are both wide even though we can't move past each other in and around the bed. I would recommend that it is only used for one person, otherwise the price is hopelessly too much for such a small and compact little thing.

Everything you need and enough privacy.
A lovely neat and clean cottage with everything that you need. The hosts are very helpful and accommodating without being obtrusive. It is great not to have to get in your car to go to town or down to the Marina or to walk along the lagoon, but still be near the beaches and other attractions with a short drive. There are lovely sunbirds and butterflies in the garden.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was very small, but everything we needed was there and everything was neat and clean. The owners were very friendly and helpful and we can really recommend it, especially for overnight stays and we will definitely stay with them again if we go in that direction.

My mother (88 years old) and I had a great stay. Next time to will for Greenside Self-Catering Accommodation two single beds. More comfortable than on a double bed. Small room but has everything you need. Secure parking place for car. Ideal for overnight stay.
Good,clean and comfortable accommodation close to all amenities. Set in lovely garden with complete privacy.
The cottage was clean and well equipped for the stay. The cottage is in the owners backyard and although you have a private entrance we did not really get that private feel. Property is in central Knysna which can be a bit noisy. Lady was very friendly and helpful but her husband was not as friendly - we decided to check out a day earlier.
