Lovely two people who made our stay as comfortable as possible despite Harrismith being without power. The apartment is spacious and very tidy and we slept wonderfully.
The owners are so helpful and hospitable. We immediately felt at home. Now it was a really pleasant visit. Thank you guys!

We didn't know it was a bath shower so my husband couldn't have showered. It's very dangerous for 2 old people to get into the bath to take a shower. Furthermore, it was very clean and tidy. The hostess was very friendly.
It was very convenient. All we can complain about is that the heater didn't work and it was very cold.

What an unpleasant experience when after a day of traveling on the road and almost another hour of standing at the scene of an accident, you finally arrive at the destination point. You think that this is a relief and you walk into the guest house while the wife sits in the car and waits because the little one is sleeping and is greeted with "Afternoon, let's finish the paperwork quickly, because you still owe R780-00. Then I can show you the room." Really, we couldn't have all gotten off and then talked about it. Couldn't she have found out from agents ahead of time if all costs had already been paid. I already paid it in February during booking. When I asked further about breakfast, it was only said that she was driving for 4 hours tomorrow morning so she could not provide. For dinner the children had to sit on the bed and eat as there is no room for 4 people at the table and the table is in the bedroom. Then I'm also not talking about the power going off because they forgot to buy power. Sorry, the place won't see me again.

Very hospitable and clean, would stay there again.
Bathroom light was faulty and flashes constantly. Fan in main bedroom makes a noise. Had to open window (only one side of the room - no ventilation) which lead to cigarette smoke from other guests coming into our room. Otherwise it was clean, neat and reception by host was very good.
We felt very welcome. When the owner saw that my children were bigger than she thought, she immediately offered a more spacious unit. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the living room.

Website indicates that 'we have clean and large rooms each with its own bathroom'. However, the bathroom was down the hall of the house and we had to share with others.

We stayed in the apartment. It was spacious enough, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The hostess and her husband are very friendly. It is the ideal halfway mark between JHB and DBN. Will definitely go to the sun again. Very safe too.

Directions to it in English difficult to understand and need to be improved. Owner does not serve breakfast on Sunday mornings therefore 4 stars for customer service and value for money. Nice environment.
