The Luxury Apartment is the main and owner’s section of the villa. There are two double bedrooms, two lounge areas, a dining room, open plan kitchen with a separate scullery, two double bedrooms with their own bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. It is only available on special occasions.
The apartment offers 2 spacious bedrooms, which can accommodate 4 people and a modern bathroom with a bath, shower, basin and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and features a cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave/oven. The living area is open plan with comfortable seating and a TV fitted with a selection of DStv channels as well as a dining table with 4 chairs. Outside is a private balcony and 2 sun loungers for your enjoyment by the pool.
The Studio is a ground floor unit has a separate private entrance and consists of a spacious area, 24 m square, with a double bed, a modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette.
The main villa boasts spectacular views of both the beach and surrounding mountains and has a private swimming pool and garden. Within the popular Greenways Golf estate, there is a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts and clubhouse with restaurant. Enjoy safe walks within the estate and along the beach. There are a variety of golf courses in the surrounding area, Stellenbosch’s wine farms, shopping options and it is only a 25-minute drive to Cape Town international airport. Table mountain and Cape Town centre are 40 minutes away.

What a treat it was to go home here. Both units are beautiful and have everything one needs. The host and hostess made us feel very welcome and at home and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Upon our arrival, a nice treat awaited us with delicious food and also a cold drink in the fridge.
We had an incredibly nice stay, everything was beautifully tidy. Extra effort was made, with a nice water, welcome snack, nice coffee and much more.

Excellent location in a secure estate right next to the sea.
Facilities are adequate and comfortable. Perfectly located to properly explore the Cape. Hospitality of owners is exceptional.
We booked the accommodation at fairly short notice and really had a great time. Owners of the place are very friendly and make you feel immediately welcome in the Cape. Also give some suggestions of activities if you do not know the areas very well. The sun bag under the tree almost on the beach is definitely one for the books.
We were received very kindly and made to feel welcome. The host invited us to use his braai and even provided the wood and lighter. They were on hand with information and tips for the area. The unit was well maintained and clean.
The place is exactly what you expected and there is everything you need in it (bath towels, small towels, mats, fan, hand soap, hand cream, hair dryer, swimming towels, dish soap, drying cloths, trash bags, etc. ) We were even surprised with 2 water bottles, milk and a bottle of wine in the fridge. Thank you very much! We had a great time staying and visiting.

Owners very friendly and make you feel at home as if it were your own little place by the sea. We will definitely go there again. We were received very kindly and they immediately made us feel at home. We were able to use the pool and built-in braai facilities too which was a bonus. You also have your own privacy with your own entrance to the unit. It's very safe in the estate and could sit on a bench and enjoy the sea view until late in the evening.
Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Very safe, clean and tidy gardens. The Studio was exactly what we wanted for the few days. Exactly as advertised. Wessel and Charis were very hospitable and waited for us because we didn't land until 9 o'clock.
We really enjoyed the stay and will definitely use Greenways again. It is peaceful and safe. Our hostess welcomed us and was available for any questions. We really enjoyed the visit.
Alles is uit die boonste rakke! Vir 'n vinnige, rustige wegbreek om jou batterye te herlaai is hierdie net die regte plek. Wooneenhede is goed toegerus, kompleks is veilig en die see is net oor die straat. Pragtige en veilige wandelpad al langs die strand af. Baie dankie aan die gasheer en gasvrou vir 'n heerlike kuierervaring.

We've been visiting the Cape for years and this has been the best experience. The braai is well sheltered against the sun, rain and Cape Doctor, with a cosy pool area after a day spent at the beach or exploring the attractions in the area. The kids could swim and have fun with the beach right in front of us, and we were walking distance from a 9 hole gholf course with a double driving range. We'd love to come again. Thank you for the pleasant December 2018 holiday.
We were warmly welcomed by the owners. The hostess spoiled us. From the beautiful flowers, chocolate to wine in the fridge. Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary crockery, detergents and much more that is handy. Garden is beautiful with a swimming pool. The sea is also close by. Very nice! Will recommend Greenways Beachfront Apartment anytime.
