16 guests' feedbackThe location is wonderful and the apartment is very comfortable. It is very disappointing that the unit has no WiFi. It is in these modern days very cumbersome not to have WiFi and internet, for everything these days is WiFi and internet driven. We suggest that the owner gets fibre installed, which is available in the area everywhere.
Location is excellent. Safety and playground for the children with good security. The facilities are clean, tidy and there is really nothing we would change. It exceeded our expectations.
We as a family had a very nice time at Greenways. The large lawn was perfect for the children and the park opposite the apartment. In the evenings we went for a walk on the beach with the children and felt very safe.
Quiet and secure estate.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment has everything one needs and the views are lovely.
It's on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people who have difficulty walking.
If you need a break from busy life with your family this is the right place to go.
The estate is incredibly well looked after and very well managed.
We could have a quiet barbecue on the porch and by the pool without anyone bothering us. We will book there again anytime. When we walked in there we couldn't believe we had booked such a cute place, everything was so beautiful, neat and comfortable. We just didn't know about the extra R300 for the access cards so I think it should be said about the R150 per access card but other than that it was an incredible weekend that I will never forget. Thank you very much.
I'm going to choose my words carefully and be to the point. Everything has photo and video evidence. Cleanliness: It had not been properly cleaned. Greasy ate, has pictures. Bathrooms: Newly redone, no towels or curtains or blinds. 9 units that have a veranda looking at your windows. Outdoor patio: Braai is so rusted that it is unusable. Greasy table and plastic chairs also full of old food sauces. Kitchen: It's a hand me down project - it's as if the church Tomboola filled it. Fridge had been off for who knows how long. It stunk like nothing else. Dirty greasy unwashed items in the kitchen. Some of the stuff is as old as me. Parking, there is no parking, C3 has a garage, and that's it, had to walk with my big haul in the sun. Ridiculous power. Here you get 40 units of power regardless of how long you stay. Yip, you have to supply your own power, one got 40 units of power for 10 days. Price: The place is not worth the price compared to the other options out there. You don't get any extras here. Rooms: The beds are ridiculous, the springs of the master bedroom mattress are as old as me. The spongy mattress in the 2nd bedroom is literally from my childhood. The bedding is also very old, tired and washed out. The owner wanted me to pay the balance in his account despite the website saying you have to pay them the balance. Fortunately, I paid the balance to the website. An agent arranged me another place in no time, removed us from this horrible unit to a heavenly option for the same price. The owner of C3 did keep my big deposit for himself but I believe Karma will catch up to him. On a previous complaint he said he put a fan in the unit, even on an email I double check it. And guess what, no fans. The owner also wanted to play off the poor standard of his place against me for being frivolous. No matter how frivolous they find it the place is weak, weak weak. Only C3 was the nightmare. Don't believe C3's replies either. We are still looking for the fan that someone else promised earlier in the year.
Greenways Golf Beach C3 is a lovely little apartment with a beautiful view of the mountain from the unit and the sea from the veranda. We were visiting Gordon's Bay for family, and this was perfect for our family of five, as a base. Greenways is lovely and has a beautiful path that runs along the beach, we walked along it every chance we could. In every direction you look there are breathtaking views. The unit is very well equipped, the two bathrooms are so useful with so many bodies that need cleaning. The second bedroom is very cleverly laid out, with the bunk bed having a double bed below and a single above. It suited our family perfectly. We will definitely visit this unit again when we come to visit the family, or even for a vacation!
First, I struggled from Saturday to Monday afternoon to get an access card to show at the entrance so that the gate could be opened for me. The lady at the gate wasn't very helpful either and was very frustrated because I didn't have the right access card. I would think that it is the duty of the owner or his agent to secure the necessary access for me. Getting the key was also easy, drive up to the unit and find the key in the door. The return was just as easy, the person to whom the key had to be returned was not available, simply giving it to the neighbor was apparently the right decision. The security of the complex leaves much to be desired. However, with all the security measures to enter through a gate there is a greater security risk that is not mentioned anywhere. All along the beach anyone can enter the premises and any residential unit. The apartment advertises sleeping accommodation for 5, or 2 double beds and a single bed. One would think that the double beds would each be in their own room, i.e. three bedrooms. Well wrong, there is a double bed with a single bed on top of each other, and only two bedrooms. To prevent the children from sleeping in a room with adults, some family members had to go home on the couch in the living room. The unit I expected was a three bedroom unit, with the double beds each in its own room, and that adults and children would not be in the same room. There were also only 3 small towels, I had to go buy towels so that each person could at least have their own towel. There was also only visitor parking available when I arrived. I had to stop in the wheelchair parking just to avoid carrying the luggage from the farthest parking to the apartment. I suspect visitors visiting permanent residents used all the parking. It had been very hot, and the unit had no "cooling" available. I went to buy fans to use in the bedrooms and living room to cool and ventilate the rooms. Couldn't keep the doors open because then the mosquitoes would carry us away.
My fiancé and I loved the place and would recommend it to our friends and family. The children asked if we could stay a little bit longer. All of us enjoyed our stay.
We had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The place was beautifully clean and fully equipped. We were 2 adults and 3 primary school children and we all had a wonderful stay. The swimming pool is close to the unit which was very convenient. It was very safe and beautiful with wild birds, peacocks and guinea fowl. I would definitely recommend this place.
We enjoyed the stay and the place was very neat. Did have a problem with incorrect bank details received via email. This is the bank's problem.
