We were in Pretoria from the Cape for a reunion in the area and the accommodation was just what was needed for the night. We stayed in room 1 and 7. The only problem I encountered was that there was no mirror for me in room 7 where a lady can do makeup and blow hair, but I brought it to my attention. My hairdryer cable wasn't long enough to reach the sink mirror in the bathroom, so I quickly went to ask the friends in room 1 for help where there was a long mirror, not the end of the world. Unfortunately we were woken up at 2 in the morning by the tenants upstairs who decided now was a good time to move furniture, which was strange. The rooms were clean and tidy, and look just like the photos, each with their own kitchenette. And there is also plenty of parking under the trees.
Went to my daughter's graduation, so it was perfect except for the loud barking of dogs too early.
Place is very nice and tidy. We were kindly received. There were people talking loudly until late at night, and had trouble sleeping. The dogs that bark terribly from early on, also great annoyances. Would not stay there again myself, just because all the disturbances.

My wife and I stayed for one night. We had a nice stay. I just don't think it would really be suitable to stay there for a week or so as it feels a bit closed. But despite that, I would still recommend my friends to stay there, and we would stay there again if needed.

I would not choose the guest house again. The room feels older than the photos and is tired. There are cracks and unfinished parts in the bathroom. I can mention that all the facilities are mentioned, such as TV, fridge, microwave, etc. The room is very small. It is reasonable for the price one pays, but I would rather spend a little more in the future for better accommodation.
Looks like room for two people with a couch taken out and a three-quarter bed put in for another two adults to sleep on. No seat. Had a very small place to park as there was a party at the place. If we had not driven with daughter's small car, we would not have been able to park there. Not happy at all with the place.

When I say I don't recommend it, I mean I won't be using them again myself. Each to their own. Location perfect. Had no contact with owners. Not even upon arrival. No information brochure available. My wife had to request the WiFi details for me to use. Bed is very uncomfortable. I stayed for 2 nights. Coffee and sugar were not refilled once. Neighbors made a lot of noise and I couldn't get in touch with anyone to try and sort it out.
In the mornings there is no hot water in the bathroom. No cold water in the sink. Will never sleep there again.

Attention to detail such as proper bathroom shelves, a mirror that hangs at eye level for people shorter than 1.8 m, bedside tables, reading lamps and more mugs are just a few basic changes that will take the stay from functional to enjoyable. Treats like good coffee (how about a dipper?) and brown sugar and a few pieces of biscuit will make a big difference to the "welcome" feeling.
