The guest house is beautiful and very tidy. I really enjoyed my stay there. The website is just a bit confusing regarding 'secure parking.' Make sure that guests know in advance that their vehicles are parked outside in the street under the supervision of a night guard. According to the website, 'secure parking' creates the impression that your vehicle will be safely behind a wall or in a garage. There is one garage available.

It's nice to write a review if there is nothing negative. Guesthouse Indongo is run by Johny with great pride. His team is excellently trained and friendly. The decor, cleanliness, equipment and quality of bedding are top notch and in a luxury class, yet the rates are affordable. The breakfast pleasantly surprised us and was freshly prepared as you sat down at your table. Five stars to me means exceptional accommodation in all aspects, and Guesthouse Indongo deserves it. It's now our place in Swakopmund.

Will always book with Indongo when I travel to Swakopmund. Could with their arrangement for early breakfast. Located very close to the beach and is modern and neat accommodation.

What an extremely pleasant experience. Especially in a time like the one with a pandemic where tourism and hospitality institutions are under so much pressure. The place is really lovely, modernly furnished, the linen is crisp white clean and everything is super clean. Soon Johnny and his team became a family 'away from home' for my husband and I. We could do with the warmth because we had to look for a house during our visit there and that was stressful enough. Nothing was too much. You could just ask and it was done. One feels safe. Our car was even parked in a garage at night. The location is super ideal. Quiet and out of the immediate hustle and bustle. However, you can walk to the sea within three minutes and be right in the heart of Swakop itself within a 5 minute drive as well as the popular Platz am Meer. Everyone in the team complied with Covid prevention requirements at all times which was important, because it showed they care not only for their own well-being, but also that of their guests. I'll see them again soon. Tons of thanks again!
