Our Superior Rooms open onto a wooden deck that overlooks the garden, Suspension Bridge and Swartberg Mountains. We do have 1 double room that can sleep an additional adult or 2 children on a double sleeper couch.
Breakfast is included in our rates and features fresh home-baked bread, fruit salad, cereals, yoghurt, cheeses, meats, plus a hot breakfast of your choice. We are trying to offer as much local produce as possible in our breakfasts i.e. the bacon, sausage, milk, yoghurt, eggs, jams, and most of the cheese are locally produced.
Free Wi-Fi is available for guests to use in their rooms and on the decks. We offer secure onsite parking for guests. We have a large deck with swimming pool overlooking the river with wonderful sunsets. Our barbecue area is situated close to the pool and is often used by our guests , which is a superb location for an evening meal.

9 nights during KKNK. The lack of cupboards to unpack my entire suitcase bothered me at first, but all the other nice things soon made me forget about it. The bed slept well. The location is very central and walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Could even listen to the music from the festival grounds at night. The breakfast is delicious. Gerry is friendly and very helpful. The provision made for load shedding was very thoughtful. Rooms each have their own outside door with nice easy chairs outside and places to hang out in the beautiful garden. Had a great stay there.
We will certainly book with them again in the future.

The owner was very friendly and hospitable and the breakfasts delicious and exquisite. The outside rooms are not completely private, as they open onto an adjoining veranda.
The patio that leads from the lounge was very nice. Fresh white bedding, good room service, large enough shower. TV might be a bit small and old-fashioned, but room very comfortable. Delicious breakfast.
Although we stayed only for one night we were warmly welcomed. Phil gave us lots of practical tips and even sketched little maps to make sure we got to the right places. We really enjoyed our stay, the tranquility of the garden, the lovely breakfast and we can't thank you enough for your efforts with our left-behind purse. You saved our day!

Friendly couple who made our short stay a success! Two nice adjacent rooms with good beds and a complete bathroom with a good shower. Nice garden with a small swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent!
It was a wonderful experience to go home here! Our host and hostess spared no effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible - from restaurant recommendations, making reservations on our behalf etc. The filter coffee in the rooms was a nice touch. Also the welcome drinks in the bar.
Phil was very accommodating and found us alternative accommodation due to a booking error on my part. Very neat rooms - perfect for a family with adjoining en-suite rooms. Breakfast was fantastic.

This guest house is one of those that one can book to stay again - great service, very good accommodation and great food, as well as very good recommendation of restaurants.
We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival. We were immediately taken to our room which was very clean. Later we also received a welcome drink. The pool was also very nice and the breakfast was absolutely five star. We will recommend it to all our friends.
