Absolutely fantastic. Everything you need and neat and clean. Beds sleep well and offer excellent value for money. The only downside was the shower on the ground floor that hardly sprays water.

We absolutely loved it! Just love the space and the natural light that it gets. It's so spacious and feels like the perfect holiday home in any season with the indoor fireplace and the hammocks to chill when to catch some sun.

Habibi is familiar to us, great spot; however, I have requested a key to access the downstairs patio from the bedroom before for easy access to let the dogs out instead of waking up the household, and it has never been available. I think there should also be a key to lock the downstairs bedroom from inside for extra peace of mind! The deep freeze doesn't freeze properly. The WiFi connection is dismal. The grass in the garden is not looked after. Habibi is a happy place; I would recommend it.

Wish the men calling us over the fence didn't happen as often. It's somewhat disturbing, but, I also understand that they want to make a living. Too sad.

Habibi 1 is a really lovely holiday home. The lower open living area is lovely, especially when the wind blows a bit. Only comments I would make is that we would have preferred a washing machine rather than a dishwasher. There is no laundromat in Paternoster, and there is a bit of a walk past the house of workers in the area.
It is a very nice holiday home with everything one needs - comfortable and beautiful. The area where Habibi 1 is located is unfortunately patrolled by illegal lobstermen and they are very pushy. This detracts from the experience, but fortunately Habibi 1 offers a lot of security - alarm system and security guards.
We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality upon arrival and the state of cleanliness at Habibi 1. There is a gas stove in case of loadshedding and a fully equipped braai.

Hot water from geyser only available on Thursday and Friday. Cold, cold water from Saturday to Sunday! A few hawkers, but easily managed.
The beds were freshly made but not dusted and wiped. Especially the rooms. The wifi pin provided to us was incorrect, I informed the lady at Stay in Paternoster but she never did anything about it or let me know anything.
Wi-Fi connection not great. Location not so great next to walking path. Lots of open space around the property which could compromise security.

It was said the whole apartment would be ours, but when we got there only the bottom section was available.
This is such a beautiful home and one of a kind! There is everything you would make. Even though we didn't use the rice, oats, oil and pasta that were provided, I think it was very nice of them. Tea, coffee and sugar were also provided. There are different board games that can be played. We will definitely be back!
It was very comfortable and the place is modern, we experienced loadshedding and luckily there was gas so we were sorted, there is a guy that delivers wood to your door, so we kept warm via the fireplace, very convenient.

Fantastic weekend in a beautiful place! Everything you need is there. There are even games and puzzles to keep those who don't want to watch TV busy. It was nice to be able to hang out around the fireplace. Will definitely come again!

Beautiful home with all that one would require. Unfortunately there was a broken broom stick which we cannot use to sweep, not a big deal at all. Alarm went off from Habibi 2 which was a bit annoying, but was resolved after 2 hours. I would definitely recommend it to others.
Great venue good service at restaurants. Great for beach walks, not too far from Cape Town. Be careful not to engage the locals in the area, otherwise value for money.
We had a great stay at Habibi 1, the house was clean, comfortable and tidy. The sofa bed was unfortunately not very comfortable for the children and there was only one bath towel for them (think it might have been a mistake), the children also had to share the 1 three-quarter duvet which was not very practical for our 2 children , but we made another plan with an extra blanket from the master bedroom. I mention this simply to make the next family's children's stay more comfortable as well. We also really enjoyed our visit and we will stay at Habibi 1 again. We felt safe to be able to sleep with the alarm, thank you very much for that.
Habibi is exactly as a holiday home should be. Very convenient, als is available. Enough space for everyone. Child-friendly and lots of games to keep them busy especially in winter. Fireplace also a big place, whole house warmed, don't even need to use heaters. Als was clean, very modern and well looked after. Braai place was perfectly located, could braai and still see everyone and hang out! Will definitely book Habibi again.
Excellent cottage. Very neat and clean. The location is just not very good, and might pose a safety risk. Geysers are set too cold. We had a cold bath and shower. Also lovely.

Garage door going to house can't unlock from home, so you have to go out front door every time to unlock which is not very safe for a woman alone. Only one Tupperware bin in the house which makes it difficult to store things in the fridge.

This was by the far the best holiday accommodation we booked. The place was exactly as per the pictures. It was clean, spacious and simply beautiful. Situated in a lovely peaceful environment. It was definitely value for money. Everything is provided at the holiday home including a dishwasher making your relaxation even more pleasurable. I would definitely recommend the place and this is definitely not our last visit.

We made a mistake with the alarm 1 day, the armed response was there immediately. Talk about good, wow, that's excellent. Place is phenomenal, simple, classy, practical, delicious. Only adjustment though is outlet in lower bathroom sink. It's very, very slow. Other than that, everything was great.
The location of the house was a bit worrying. It's on the border of the RDP house. Not feeling safe all the time.
We however were disappointed with the following: We booked for 6 people there was only bedding and towels for 4. The house is situated right next to the local township, so the walk through and drive through for the township is right next to the wall of the property. When you look out of the windows of the house unfortunately you look into the local township along with all its dirt and mess. The house was not very clean, the walls all have dirt marks on and our bedding was full of long black hair. The sleeper couch upstairs when pulled open was full of crunch chips and was not cleaned for a while. We feel that we paid for 6 people but was only accommodated for 4 people and had to take bedding from the other beds to accommodate for the sleeper coach. We can compliment the look and style of the house and attention to detail that has been given to the house. If the house was situated in a different area in Paternoster we would certainly stay in it, however it is clear that the house needs a good clean.
We celebrated an 18th birthday and a 17th wedding anniversary and had a stunning few days.

Loved the house! Beautifully decorated and modern! Would suit 4 adults and not 6 as the sofa bed in the study was in very poor condition and not really useable for anyone, let alone 2 adults. Location on the edge of the residential area was not great. Walk to the beach and other amenities was fine. Area was quiet which was great!

Geyser should please be adjusted. Nothing worse than starting the day on a nasty note like a cold shower, 2 mornings in a row. Also had to boil water for dishes.

There was no hot water, so could not shower. The bath also didn't have a plug, so we couldn't use the bath. We had to wash in basin with boiled water. It was really disappointing and put a damper on our visit.

Habibi 1 is pet friendly and has a once-off pet fee of R200 per pet.
Key- and breakage deposit:
Key- and breakage deposit is payable with the deposit for the booking and refundable by bank transfer within 5 - 7 working days after departure, once the house has been scrutinised and all found in order. Please note that the key deposit will be retained and additional charges imposed if more guests than booked are found to be utilising the premises. Please furnish us with your banking details on arrival. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances unless the key and breakage deposit has been received.
Minimum stay required:
2 nights in low and mid-season
3 nights over long weekends
4 nights over Easter weekend
7 nights in high season
Guests must first visit our offices to check in and get their keys.
