Each of the 3 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms offers all the modern comforts while remaining in the elegant Victorian country house tradition. Each bedroom leads onto a private balcony overlooking the abundant English garden. The elegance of the Victorian era is continued in the large en-suite bathrooms which offer feature bathtubs, separate showers, heated towel rails, Terry Towel bathrobes and candlesticks, a romantics' dream.

"Hackelwood Hill Country House is a 5 star old dame!"

The hotel had a grand old ambience which is beautifully appointed. The staff were polite, friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and the bedding was clean and warm. The breakfasts and dinners were outstanding. We will definitely stay at Hackelwood Hill again, truly a 5 star country house.

Everything is stylish and not forced. The staff understand the fine line between personal attention and overdoing it. The food and drink offer is top notch.
