5 guests' feedbackThe rooms need drastic attention. Everything is in a condition.
Only problem was you had to ask for the TV remote before heading to your room and there was no coffee, tea or milk in the room we had to go fetch it at 10 o clock at night at reception.
Very poor attention to detail, no towels in rooms, one room with broken locks. Not ideal.
Disappointing, outdated and untidy accommodation. Upholstery of furniture and carpets dirty and stained. Dirty curtains. Had to ask for towels. The towels we received were out of date. Bath stained and and the hand shower of the bath did not work. No hairdryer available. Only 2 small espresso cups to make cup of coffee. The entire hotel resort needs serious repairs and upgrading. Breakfast was the only plus. Overall a very disappointing experience.
