Was very pleasant, just a single driveway so arrangements needed to accommodate who of the tenants arriving first and who will be leaving first.
We arrived at the accommodation after sunset. The walk to the room is fairly dark. We needed to use the torch of our phones to find our way. I would have loved to have someone greet us when we arrived, instead we only had WhatsApp communication. We had to find our way to the room in the dark. I was told of coffee and rusks in the room. It was two rusks in a small Tupperware that must have been there a while. The coffee was hard and probably 2-3 teaspoons, also in a small Tupperware dish.
We enjoyed it very much. The rondavel has everything required.
The room we stayed in was charming but quite cramped and small. It appeared larger in the photos. The parrots on the property are a sight to behold. The shower facilities are great.
Great host. Alright for one night's stay. Had everything we needed except the microwave did not work. A stranger begging for money managed to get to the front door while other guests arrived after us. This made me feel unsafe. No burglar bars. The place needs to be fumigated, as there were cockroaches. Also, the microwave did not work.

Nice stay. Slept well. It was only warm because it was loadshedding. Maybe there is a plan because everything is down during loadshedding. Only WiFi worked.
We got the place at short notice after our other accommodation was canceled due to water flooding. It was beautifully clean and ready with ice cold water in the fridge. Good provision for loadshedding. Very nice stay!

Owner is not an easy person to deal with. It's been an awkward stay.
The main house is well equipped and very tastefully furnished and decorated. The place is pretty clean. The owner communicated well before and during our visit. Although we had to wait a while to enter the gate and there were only 2 small milk "pods" provided for 3 guests, the owner responded quickly and handled it on my request. The fridge was not very clean and there is food from the owner in the fridge and freezer. It appears as if someone lives in the main house and goes out when guests stay. If I had known that, we wouldn't have stayed there. Light sleepers should avoid the room with the single bed, as the dog's bed is outside under that room's window. Every time the dog moves around or scratches, you hear it. There is only "tandem" parking in a narrow alley for all the units on the property. I am of the opinion that the number and provision of parking for all the units does not comply with land use regulations. It is inconvenient to have to make arrangements about who parks where and what time each guest wants to leave so that the one who wants to drive first can get out first.
We received good service. Hannah's Haven communicated well with us. The bed had a very good mattress and was lovely to sleep on. The unit was very clean and tidy and we will definitely use them again.
Hannah's Haven is very friendly and the artwork of her husband is something special. The exotic birds are beautiful. We would highly recommend the place quite close to necessary shops.
For me and my daughter, Hannah's Haven was a blessing on the long road. The heat of December is dissipated by air conditioning, the unit is spotless and the environment is quiet. Hannah and her husband welcomed us warmly.

We had a very nice stay. The dog just makes a lot of noise in the evening. If you are a light sleeper it will bother you a bit. However, our stay was very nice and I would definitely recommend it. If you like to look for a TV, you should spend the night in another place. There is no TV available here. The place is incredibly beautiful and modern. If we go to the Cape again I will stay here again.
