It was truly a home away from home. No detail was overlooked by our host - bottled water, milk, ice, briquettes, etc. - were supplied, and the list goes on. Spectacular harbour views, sunsets, and a peaceful setting with lots to do in the area. WiFi and DSTV for the youngsters and oldies alike. We will definitely be returning.
This is the 3rd time we visited Harbor View and I have never been disappointed. Our stay was very relaxing and value for money with a stunning view.

The cottage was equipped with really everything, even binoculars to look for whales and biscuits with coffee. It's only fifteen minutes from the klipgat caves, lighthouse, shark boats and penguins and it's walking distance to shops, harbor and sea.
Haven't had such a good time and been close to everything. If men went fishing, I was within walking distance of everything and the view was beautiful.
Nice that you can also hear the sea and the nice lady was constantly available on WhatsApp. Will definitely come here again.

If you are looking for tranquility, a view of the sea and harbor to relax then it is at Harbor View. Hostess was very helpful and friendly and no effort was spared - water and milk in the fridge, coffee, tea and biscuits were a great addition. Very cute place and we will definitely stay there again.
Owner can pat her on the back herself, she is very friendly helpful and her place is tidy and you definitely get what you paid for a place to stay if you want to visit Gansbaai. Thank you we really had a wonderful stay.

For the price paid the number of thoughtful extras provided, such as rusks, coffee, tea, shampoo, body wash, mosquito repellent were not expected at all and a nice touch. The harbour view is a bit obscured by the large tree outside, which was a pity. All in all a lovely place to stay.

No secure parking. The accommodation is very well equipped with everything one needs in the kitchen and braai facilities on the balcony. There was a lack of communication from the owners however which would have been nice seeing as I needed bedding for the sleeper couch. Luckily I had my own.
