The owner was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Only inconvenience was load shedding, the establishment is equipped with a generator. Will definitely stay there again.
Whatever extras we required, there was no hesitancy to assist. Even with loadshedding, Hannes made sure that he lights stayed on. Martie keep up the beautiful garden. Will definitely return in the near future.

Unexpectedly had to stay another night but only confirmed late afternoon, the host kept a room for us. We have used the guest house before because of medical crisis by 11:00 the to clocked in no problems.
The children enjoyed it very much, friendly welcome, clean rooms, location is very good. Breakfast was very nice!

Only problem was the bed sheets which waere too small for the bed and moved up throughout the night.

Owner was very helpful, small problem with boiler and was replaced with a new one, bedding was clean but needs to be replaced owner did mention that the specific room is going to be upgraded, no room in bathroom for toiletries etc. not to put down.
Nice layout of room, didn't hear other people, but around pool makes you feel part of everyone staying there. We just didn't like that the bathroom and especially the toilet were part of the room. A little privacy would be appreciated by putting a door there. Air cooler was leaking, it reported.
Stayed nice overall. The owner was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Just two things the owner could consider: a door/separation for the bathroom and a rule or notice that guests should keep noise to a minimum (our neighbours disturbed our sleep).
The facility is neat and clean. The owner must improve reception service. We stood at the gate about 15 minutes without any response. The cellphone and landline number were both on voice mail including the gate intercom. Later, when we wanted to use the ironing board, there was no one at the reception to help us. The parking area is small.
If I ever have to stay in Nelspruit again, I will look for no other guest house than Harmony. Hannes and Martie received me with such hospitality that I felt like a long lost family member. If you are looking for accommodation, look no further than Harmony. Thank you very much for all your kind help during my stay at Harmony.

Harmony Guesthouse is good value for money and very comfortable. We toured from the Kruger National Park and it was a very nice overnight stop.
Harmony Guesthouse was clean and tidy. I would suggest that there are teaspoons with the cups. Then again, I suggest that the tea bags should be packaged alone instead. Not just loosely placed in a van. Everyone's hands touch it. It is quite inconvenient when there is a family in a room and the bathroom cannot be closed at all. Been a bit uncomfortable. It's better if there is no cover on a toilet lid. The cover was not clean. There was a lady at reception but she didn't help us. We had to wait until her husband got there. Furthermore, it is a very nice place that I would recommend. I feel that generally prices of guesthouses are very high.
No complaints, everything was clean and tidy. The open plan bathroom and toilet was a bit awkward in the family room. But otherwise it had been a neat, comfortable stay.
The owner is very pleasant and helpful. Neat and clean guest house. However, the area is not as quiet as advertised. Neighbor's dog literally barks for hours and hours on end. First night there was an argument next to our room, noise, until after eleven at night. I texted the owner but was not answered until after 16:00 the next day. Second night people stopped a vehicle in front of gate, played loud music and again there was an altercation while we were trying to sleep - after eleven. So I recommend that the owner investigate and bring these points to the attention of the caretaker, because it is very disturbing and makes me not stay there again.

After 1400 km on the road it wasn't nice to get to my room and to find only one coffee bag. No milk, no teaspoons. Heavens ... maybe that can be excused, but the flat pillows pushed into the pillowcase two by two made me angry. Absolutely unacceptable. The duvet cover has seen better days. Otherwise the place was tidy and the water was hot. Maybe ask a little more and provide better quality linen.
Everything was very clean and neat. Will definitely go back.

The place was very nicely furnished and the owner very friendly and helpful. The lovely garden makes it very peaceful and relaxing after a day's travel.
When we arrived at the guest house there were no directions as to where the reception was. There was just a man hanging out of the window shouting "Go to that side" and pointing with his finger. Our room keys were pressed into my hand and pointed with the finger from the door where our room was. Very unprofessional. On Saturday when other guests started lighting a fire to braai then all that smoke from the fire was in our room because of the braai facilities that are right by our bathroom windows. The layout is extremely poor because how do they put a braai near a window that needs to be opened. No silence after 22:00 because other guests were so noisy and shouting at the swimming pool which is centrally located in front of all the rooms. More organization needs to take place.

The house is very neat and easy to find. There is a shopping center nearby which is also very convenient. There is a fridge, TV and air conditioner in the room which is very useful. The room is pretty clean. We stayed in a room that shared a bathroom. Next time we will choose an en suite unit.
The guest house is clean, well located and the host friendly and helpful. The cheaper rooms are very cramped and unfortunately the guests are expected to share a bathroom - which is not mentioned on the website or with booking.
The bed in the double room is not a king size bed. The kettle must be placed on the floor to boil. There is no water to drink. The ad says breakfast is included, but it does not indicate when booking if it is included.

The room was clean and the reception very friendly. Perhaps I am petty, but I would expect the things like body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel to be supplied (this was one of the only times that I did not bring these items along). There were coffee and creamer sachets, but the kettle could not fit in the basin to fill with water. Otherwise a great place I'm happy to recommend.

Great stay! Our room was clean and the surroundings peaceful.
Overall a decent stay. Only negatives were: air-conditioner was leaking water, the en-suite has no toilet door to have some privacy, and for me, their pillows in the Guest Room were very hard. I feel they can improve on these things. Otherwise not a bad stay.
We would recommend Harmony Guesthouse any time - it is value for money with neat and clean units and an atmosphere that makes you feel at home.

We could only stay one night as my husband fell ill, but we would certainly stay again.
For me, the guest house is very well located, close to everything, especially for us who come from a town that has no services. For example, fixing cars and the big shops. This was a great stop over on a very busy holiday. The establishment was clean and tidy. We did not really get a chance to get to know the owner as we arrived late and left early but we were welcomed and dispatched to our respective rooms speedily. All in all, a good experience.
