The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan living and kitchen area. The main bedroom is located on the ground floor and contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and is located on the top floor, overlooking the Fynbos and dunes. The third bedroom is also located on the top floor and contains 2 three-quarter beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, glass-top electric stove with an oven, frying pan, and dishwasher. In the adjoining laundry, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, drying rack, as well as ironing facilities. The living room is equipped with a TV with Premium DStv channels, a DVD player, and uncapped Wi-Fi as well.
The kitchen leads to an open-plan, indoor braai area with a separate electric oven. This area has a large aluminum folding door that opens out onto a patio.
There is a cleaning service once a week, during which fresh linen and towels will be provided.
The estate offers walking trails through the surrounding dunes, covered with lush vegetation and 24-hour access control ensuring guest's safety. The estate also offers a communal swimming pool and climbing frames for children. The beach is conveniently situated within walking distance of the estate.

The place was easy to find, and the staff were very helpful. The bedding had a bit of a smell, not too clean, and the place smelled a bit dusty. Otherwise, it had everything we needed. There were a few things that needed fixing, which I addressed with the owner.
We went on holiday as a family with the teenage boys and precisely because it is "pet friendly", we also took my dogs with us. The unit is very nicely equipped. Unfortunately the walls are not that high, and my little dog was able to jump over. It's a bit far out of town, so the boys had to have transport. But otherwise it is a very nice place to go to relax and rest.
Please sort out WiFi and prepaid electricity. Otherwise, a total bliss.
Never been there. Will go again. The people and food are very nice. The nature is clean and beautiful green. If only fairy tales are beautiful there.

Value for our money was wow, our stay so comfortable and enjoyable and our carrying neighbor who visited us every time to check-up on us . The security system was so tight. We felt safe under their guard. Please do send our greeting to them such nice and helpful guys around. We will surely be back again and refer more people.

Beautiful well appointed place. For sure value for money. Could have had a nice barbecue in the indoor barbecue even though it was raining outside. The small back yard was so suitable for our Yorkies too! Thank you very, very much!

Our stay at Hartenbos was too awesome for words and Elize along with her husband made sure that everything we need was in order before we even arrived. When we did arrive, they gave us a tour of the house. I really loved that place and my friends did too. And since I was the accommodation organizer it was important for me to make sure that people would be pleased. They even said that we are all going back to the same place next year for our youth congress. Thank you very much for the experience.

We enjoyed it very much, very tidy, quiet and peaceful. House was very clean. Just let you know that the sliding glass in the dining room's lock mechanism was broken, the window slides shut but cannot be locked at all. Will definitely want to visit here again if we can get such a nice discount again.

The owners are extremely friendly. They have more than one house available and accommodated us in Estate 80, not Estate 7. The house is beautiful and spacious, with 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 people. The decor is tasteful, the living area nice and the outdoor braai covered for a nice visit. The Estate itself is very beautiful and the beach is a few minutes walk. The house is an easy drive from both Hartenbos town area and also Mossel Bay. A car is a must to get around the estate. We are happy to recommend this property for a nice getaway.

Die gehalte, vanaf die meublement tot die linnegoed, was van baie hoë standaard, huis uiters skoon en die binnebraai was baie welkom, aangesien dit heerlik gereën het toe ons daar gekuier het. Elize, jou gasvryheid en vriendlike hulp as ons vrae gehad het, was hoogs waardeer, sowel as die bottel wyn as geskenk. Ons kan Hartenbos Landoed 7 met vrymoedigheid aanbeveel en beslis ons keuse van verblyf as ons weer Mosselbaai besoek.
Friendly welcome, the house is fully equipped and very neat. Beautiful, quiet estate with good security, walking distance from the beach, can definitely recommend it.
The accommodation is very neat and safe. Our house was clean, comfortable and felt like our own in all aspects. Children had their own rooms (upstairs) with their own bathroom between them. We had ours downstairs. Clean bedding and towels are also provided. Thank you so much, we''ll see you again.
Will pay some attention to the showers (mildew) but the rest of the facility very good. Construction work throughout the day made some noise but was acceptable.
Al wat sleg is, is die feit dat jy so lank wag vir jou deposito wat hulle moet terugbetaal. Tot op hede is my deposito nog nie terugbetaal nie. Alles is in orde gelos en tot nou toe het ek geen terugvoer ontvang vanaf Hartenbos Landgoed nie.
I love the interior decoration and colours in the bedrooms. Fully equipped apartment with everything you need.
The house is OK, but some of the cleaning didn't seem to be done properly. The estate was very well guarded, entering was only possible by 'calling' the gate open. This ensures the security of the people staying there. There was no baby accommodation available. Communications with the owners via email were not answered, it all had to be done by phone. This in in fact no problem, but in some cases communication via mail can be easier. So not all big problems, but too much little ones to go back there.
Very nice stay facility, had covered all out needs, washing machine, dishwasher was an awesome bonus. Only down side was the place was being painted and there were builders or painters around all day at every window, so privacy was somewhat of an issue, not to mention the noise level.

Accommodation was neat, clean, well-equipped, convenient. Only would've wanted a fan or two. Location not too bad, would've wanted it closer to the beach, but with a car it wasn't too bad.
Very neat with everything you could possibly need and more, excellent location. They could perhaps upgrade the braai, but the rest was above standard.
The house is stylish and comfortable. Nice to have 2 bathrooms with enough storage space and in the rooms also. The square plates presented a bit of a challenge though. Beautiful area. Would have been nice to park the car in the garage, it had to stand in the sun. The pool is also very convenient and relaxing. We drove to different beaches every day. We really enjoyed our time. Hartenbos Landgoed 7 was everything we expected from a self-catering unit. Modern unit, very clean and neat on arrival. Location suited us since we wanted to visit Hartenbos and not be in the busy area of the town. Just have to mention that some cars tailgate at the entrance. We also suspect that someone tried to enter by the downstairs sliding door near the braai area. The door was locked when we went to sleep and was open when we got up the next morning. Customer service excellent. Thanks so much.
