Hartfell Farm Searles Cottage is a self-catering cottage set in a forested valley near the village of Dullstroom in Mpumalanga. It is situated 10 km from town on a dirt road which requires a high-rise vehicle, ensuring undisturbed peace and tranquillity for a group of friends or families.

Searles Cottage offers magnificent views of the valley and the dam and is within easy walking distance of the other dams on the farm. The cottage comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating 6 guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The remaining bedroom is furnished with two single beds.

The open-plan living area features a dining table with chairs and a lounge furnished with comfortable couches, a fireplace, and a TV with DStv connectivity for guests' own decoder. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, and microwave.

The imposing mountains, rivers, and grasslands of the Mpumalanga Highlands present the opportunity for activities such as fishing, birding, hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, and rock climbing. Area hikes to the stunning waterfall and lookout points are a highlight for nature lovers, while the surrounding forest offers a large variety of bird and plant life. The farm offers privacy and leisure walks and boasts five well-stocked fishing dams.
