The second time we visit and we will again and again. Thank you for your kindness from the caretakers.

Very nice stay. The access to the gate did not work immediately, but only the next day. Prefer a remote - less inconvenience.
Other than the bunch of cockroaches we have to get rid of, we had a pretty nice stay.

The apartment looks neat and has beautiful colors that match the seaside atmosphere. The enclosed balcony and indoor braai are a bonus, even though we didn't braai. It was unfortunately difficult to obtain and return the keys - instructions were not clearly communicated. Security going in and out of complex was top notch. We recommend that the 2 double bed mattresses should be replaced and the mold against the bathroom ceiling should be addressed, for the sake of health. Other than that we had a good stay, without any problems.
While the place was reasonably clean, my husband and I had to basically hunt and kill cockroaches daily. Because of where they seemed to come from, I was unable to prepare any meals. I was too scared and disgusted to use any of the crockery either. That and the stove plates are rusted from the sea air. Sent pictures of some of the dead roaches to the owners.
I had a wonderful stay. Place was nice and neat. You just have to bring your food and relax. The only thing that was confusing was that on the ad I see a swimming pool and thought it was on the premises, only to find out there was no pool. The fact that beach and Waterpark is just across the street did make up for it and I could relax as I travel with teenagers and they could go alone.

Prior communication with owner and person handling keys for unit was professional and all problems and questions were dealt with promptly. The unit was very clean and tidy on arrival and perfect for us as a family and had everything to make the stay pleasant. The owners really go out of their way to solve any concern and problem and this deserves recognition and appreciation. Unit is centrally located between Mossel Bay and Hartenbos and within walking distance to the water and amusement park and sea. Access to complex is well controlled by electric gates and parking for vehicle is secure under cover. Unit is further secured by electric fence and security gates which gives one just a little extra peace of mind. To summarize - friendly service, clean, tidy and safe accommodation and would definitely recommend.
Thank you ti Ria for a lovely unit that was well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen and sleeping facilities. The unit is very neat and clean, but does not have a view of the ocean. The complex is well managed and taken care of. Entrance to the complex is controlled with high security and it is within walking distance from Diaz strand. I would recommend that an extra set of bedding is provided for guests staying longer than a week. I had to wash the bedding myself.
We had a wonderful stay. Would only suggest a fan or 2. Gets stuffy at times and the windows in the rooms don't stay open by themselves. Except for the smallness, I recommend it 100%. Have more than you need. It is peaceful and you can relax.
