It is very neat and beautiful. But if you drive a large vehicle such as a 4x4, parking inside is a problem. The parking is more for cars and makes it difficult for people with large vehicles, especially if you go out in the evening. When you come back, there is no room for your vehicle.
People are noisy on a Friday night in the Main Street, swearing at each other and especially if you sleep facing the street it is very unpleasant. At least a delicious breakfast calmed the mood!
Price high for the amenities they offer when compared to other guesthouses for similar prices.

Nicely central, and close to everything you might need. The equipment includes a toaster, and hooks can be installed in the kitchen for wet dishes. Also 2 more hooks in the room for face towels. The stay was pleasant.

We were a group of 8 people and stayed in 4 different rooms. Everyone agreed that it was very neat and everything we needed. Just one question: Why isn't the name 'Haus Muller' on the front of the building?
We were 8 persons staying in 4 different rooms. Each room was very beautiful and very tidy! Will definitely stay there again. Just wondering about one thing: Why is the guest house's name not on the front of the building?
We stayed in the detached apartment. It was small but nice and perfect for our two-day stay with its Main Street location, secure parking, and great customer service with many activity suggestions from the owner. Great value for money for a relatively last-minute trip to Clanwilliam.
Very neat and clean and well located. Only problem is there was no remote for the aircon. Bathroom definitely needs more ventilation for the steam. The place itself is beautifully clean and you feel welcome. The information provided about attractions is truly unique and well done for that.
We would advise anyone looking for holiday accommodation to stay at Haus Muller. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Staff received us very kindly and made us feel at home. Our room and bathroom were breathtakingly beautiful. We will do it again if we ever have the privilege again. We just want to say a big thank you to everyone at Haus Muller for our lovely stay with them.

Very accommodating staff. Really nice and spacious rooms. Would recommend this place to anyone in Clanwilliam.
Good communication with hostess. We were able to leave our one vehicle behind the gate parking while we went flower-watching. Everything very neat and well equipped. We had the 3-bed self-catering unit right on the street and it was quiet in the evening/night. Beds very comfortable with electric blanket. Ample rear gate parking. Walking distance to everything. Good recommendations for eating out, we had delicious fillet at Michael's on Park. No complaints, maybe just a few extra teaspoons in the kitchen, some Sunlight dish soap and possibly a few extra wall hooks for hanging jackets in the room and also extra hooks in the bathroom. Bathroom was nice and big with shower, toilet, sink and lovely clean with enough towels etc. We will definitely stay here again and book the same unit.

Unit has everything needed for self-catering. Lovely king size bed. Treats like chocolate, good coffee and even cereal.
The apartment was well appointed, although all eating utensils were limited to three of each, barring cups and mugs. Quality of furnishings, bedding etc. was very good. Apartment was serviced daily and staff washed dishes. The housekeeper was helpful. The drawback was the location, on the main road. This was disturbing during the day, but did not affect our sleep at night. The second drawback was that one could not braai. The en-suite bedroom was adequate for an overnight stay but we wouldn't have liked to spend longer in the room, as we like to cater largely for ourselves, if there are no good restaurants available.
We booked 2 rooms and the amount was the same for both. The one room was much bigger but had the problem with the shower. The 2nd room was much smaller, but still the prices were the same. However, we had nice warm electric blankets which worked wonderfully.
The photos on the website bear no resemblance to the room we were given. One room, no sitting room. I think most of the photos must be of communal sitting and kitchen areas that we never saw. It is extremely misleading to call it self-catering. No cooking utensils, pots or bowls, hotplate etc. The only cooking possible would be to heat a Ready Meal in the microwave.
Haus Muller, with Eugene at the helm, offers everything and more that a weary traveler can expect from a guest house. From delicious coffee, there are three options, to breakfast porridge, fresh water and 2 chocolates per person. The beds are lovely and the parking safe. During our visit the temperature was over 40 degrees Celsius but two air conditioners in the unit made it better. I would recommend this guest house anytime. I want to put it mildly, but it's excellent value for money.

The accommodation was very neat and the people were friendly, but there were a few things that were scratched. Firstly, our room faced the main street and an incredible number of heavy trucks rumbled past until very late - and again very early in the morning. It was really very noisy - the trucks echoing between the buildings. Haus Muller provides earplugs, but we would prefer to sleep without earplugs. The other problem was that the directions they sent us on the day used a defunct restaurant as the primary reference point (turn right at Restaurant x and count 5 buildings). There are also no Haus Muller signs on the building, but "Leipoldt Accommodation", so when we got to the right place with the help of a GPS we still thought we were in the wrong place!
We searched a bit for the place despite good directions.
The area is warm, the stars are beautiful and the hostess is wonderful. Good place to use as base when exploring the area. Already making plans to go again.
We had a friendly reception, the hostess was very helpful and the WiFi Internet is highly appreciated. There was secure parking for the car and everything needed for self-catering in a home. The only problem was that the accommodation was situated in a very noisy environment: for some reason we didn't know that the accommodation was located between businesses - certainly our own fault.
We stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed it. The unit is neat and tasteful and we enjoyed the space in the unit.
