This is my favorite place to stay in Port Elizabeth.
This was a combined business trip but returning from CT to JHB via Gqebhera for a meeting, with my wife and our dog. It all worked out perfectly. The cottage was fine, the location excellent to the many Walmer restaurants - we used 2 plus a take away pizza place. I walked down to my morning meeting.
Excellent service, secure parking, great place to overnight.

This is a very attractive, clean unit with adequate open plan living space and a comfortable bed. Friendly communication and reception. May like to suggest a heater in the space. very grateful for the Electric blanket as it was cold.

The guest house was neat, clean and very well appointed. The owners, Hilary and Shane, were not only friendly and helpful, but also went out of their way to make our time there as comfortable as possible. I would stay there again anytime and can honestly recommend them!
One of the best we have ever lived in.
We had the best time at Hedgehog Hollow with our 2 dogs. Hilary went out of her way to accommodate not only us, but our dogs as well. The modern, clean, luxurious unit is just around the corner from everything you need. This is surely our accommodation of choice when visiting Gqeberha.

The owners go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Is in regular contact to hear if everything is still in order and if anything is needed. Nothing is too much trouble. Pleasant and warm people. Will definitely make a point to stay there again should I come back.
Just a block's walk from Walmer Park. Quiet and safe area.

Hilary and Shane were absolutely lovely! They were friendly, accommodating and attentive! The apartment was clean, neat and had everything we needed for a quick 2 night stay. Off street parking behind an electric gate and having our own entrance into the apartment is an extra bonus. It is also in a safe, secure and convenient location, close to shopping malls and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this lovely couple as hosts for your next visit to PE!

Hillary our host was very helpful and kind, and willing to help with anything. Hedgehog Hollow was neat and clean and we even had some coffee and rusks available for us as well us welcome choccies on the bed. They thought of everything that a traveler would need when they are staying over including things to keep you nice and warm in the cold weather. Overall an amazing place would definitely recommend to other people and stay there again when I’m in the area!
Despite the fact that we arrived late, it was not a problem for the owner. Good communication throughout.
