Quiet, safe and tidy.
It would have been nice to have a directory of the area. where shops are situated etc. We had a runaround to drop off keys and ended up leaving them under the carpet in front of entrance door.
It is not clearly indicated the unit is on the third floor and can only be reached by stairs. It is indicated that there is a braai area, but it is a joint braai area that is by no means private. The braai place is practically on the front porch of the two land units.
Very neat unit. Super clean with washing machine as a bonus. Will definitely recommend great value for money.
There is a nice big swimming pool to keep cool.
I would really like it if I go next time, please don't give me a flat with rude neighbours because they don't allow you to talk or make soft music. The neighbours really treated us like kids.

We had one or 2 problems with things in the flat that was not working, but nothing major. It really did not affect our stay at Heide Serengeti at all.
My second stay in as many weeks. Great and super service from Natascha and her team. The flat is clean and beautifully decorated. Property is safe and close to malls and take away spots. 24hour Mkem pharmacy is down the road. Heide Flats is my new spot in Tygervalley!

The flat is great for 2 people with a separate open plan lounge/kitchen area. Wi-Fi is slow. DStv had SS1 for my rugby. We had a small issue with the cleanliness but Natasha was very accommodating and arranged another flat within 30 minutes. I will definitely stay there again just because of their customer service, price and location.

I would definitely recommend it to family and friends, I would just want them to have the basics as well, like some salt and a scouring pad, because they don't have non-stick pots and won't be able to wash with a washcloth.

The apartment was not clean. Hair on bedding and in shower. Bathroom is dirty. Bedding was not clean and faded. We were "creepy" for the whole apartment as a whole. Not value for money at all. Disappointed.
Apartment was very neat and clean and there was everything we needed, down to washing up liquid. Beds were soft and didn't get up with a sore back. That was a plus. Will definitely go back again. Nicely located near als.

There is a few things that need attention, but it's nice in general.
We had a pleasant stay. Rooms are adequately furnished and there is high security. The neighbourhood is peaceful. However, I did not see the swimming pool.
Heide self-catering was very centrally located for us and the area is very quiet and tidy.
The bathtub shower gives off a big mess. A decent shower should rather be installed. Air conditioning would also be nice, especially with the temperature being so hot.

We enjoyed the stay, the units were well equipped - however, we found the shower arrangement to be a bit awkward.

The apartments are very well furnished, but there should be a better braai area. Ground level apartments are very exposed to the noise and lights of incoming vehicles that stop at certain apartments right next to the apartment windows. The apartments are suitable for people who do not want to stay in one place for too long.

The facilities are very good, and I would definitely recommend it to any people in Namibia to stay there. We had everything we needed. The water pressure for the shower was insufficient.
As mentioned, we were a few men who went to watch rugby. For our purpose, which was only to have a place to sleep, it was good enough. Got excellent service from LekkeSlaap's staff!
Shower/bath water temperature regulation does not work properly. Shower is in bath which makes everything wet and smooth. Many rules on walls that must be followed so one is afraid to put one foot wrong. Everything was clean and tidy. Couldn't get sliding door open to the awful little balcony. It's fine for an overnight stay but not for a social visit. Lots of movement around the apartments.

Although we only stayed one night, it was comfortable and we slept well. We will definitely use this accommodation again in the future..
