We really enjoyed our stay and everyone was friendly. It met our expectations, and we were happy.
The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist. They really made me feel at home. The place was neat and tidy, I had no problems. Any questions I had, they could answer.
Parking on the street not great.

Parking is outside on a side road with no security, worry about rental car standing outside all night!

This place was not acceptable as there was no surecure parking available, one had to park in the road, Lekker slaap was informed of this at the time, we had booked 30 minutes before arrival. So I am not very happy, we informed Lekker Slaap that we could not stay there due to the safety of our vehicle.

Place couch or easy chairs in front of TV. Parking lots so steep, cars scratch underneath. Not safe at all. Bedding is already dull. Wi-Fi on and off.
The web page shows secure parking. 1) It was not possible as they are busy with extensions and the car gate was down. 2) There is not enough parking for all the guests and parking must be done on the street. Only two vehicles can park inside if they park very close to each other. The first night someone parked in the middle of the parking lot and my vehicle had to stand outside in the street.
Rooms were dirty. Bedding and towels are old and stained. Curtains are half up, half out of the rollers. Shower roof and light are covered with mold. Grout in other bathroom also covered with mold and the floors were dirty. Soap in bathroom is almost empty and looks like it has been there for a very long time. Sleeper couch is definitely not for sleeping, not even for a smaller child. No sheet is provided for the sleeper couch. TVs did not work. WiFi didn't work at all. Bedside lamps old and half broken. Couldn't eat breakfast 2 out of 4 days. Staff arrive late.
Facilities are good. Staff are friendly. Neat and clean.

Was okay but was a bit risky when the blockage of the shower caused the bath to overflow, would like a refund, maybe because of the hazard of water lying on the floor, I was scared of slipping or falling on the wet floor.

Value is more than you pay for. Room has enough space with a large bathroom. Be aware that there are no standard TV channels. Breakfast is included, standard but tasty. Would recommend the guest house.
Short attention span. Rating of 3-star does not reflect what one observes.
The room's carpets need a wash. The bathroom lacks a shower or larger bath. At breakfast the people tried to make the best of what they had, but supplies were limited. The pool was very welcome for a late night cool off. The room was well equipped.
I enjoyed the stay here, they give good service and it's neat.
The best thing was that we could take our little dog Jackie with.
