The breakage deposit is refundable 7 days after guests departure should everything be found to be in order with the unit.If guests wish to check in later, they need to make arrangements in advance.
Additional fees will be applicable in the following situation:
When guests are found smoking in the unit.
When the dishes aren't cleaned before departure.
If the guests leave the units unlocked.
Not returning the keys at check-out time.
Arrivals after check-in time.
More than the arranged guests staying at the unit.
For spill marks and stains on furniture and carpets.
When pets are in the units without express permission.
Any breakages or shortages.
Any excessive noise or disturbances that result in complaints from the neighbours.
If guests mix inventory from different units e.g. cutlery and crockery etc.
