14 guests' feedbackIt was a wonderful experience and Hemelstoep has a beautiful view of the sea. It's also close to the rocks and you can go for a nice walk. Very nice hostess and host who told us about all the beautiful places around Yzerfontein.
We had a great time. The accommodation was fantastic and very safe. The view from the balcony is excellent. The owl is unique and part of the accommodation, very cute.
Many thanks to the reception and the chocolates on the bed. That extra adds to an enjoyable stay. Would have liked to stay longer.

Hostess called in advance to find out if everything was okay, because we were a little late. Reception was warm. Our reservation was for 4 persons in the same unit. The aforementioned unit has a double as well as 2 single beds. Hostess offered for 2nd couple to use another unit with a double bed as it was available which was very thoughtful and definitely appreciated. We will definitely return, one night at Hemelstoep is definitely too little. Thank you Marinda - you were a wonderful hostess.
We had a nice sea view from our part of the accommodation.
Clean, tidy and practically equipped. We were able to relax and enjoy nature. Hearing and seeing an owl was a bonus.
We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from our room and from the balcony. The host was very helpful and friendly and we really felt at home.
