The unit is fresh and new. The best location and view in the Strand. Perfect mountain and sea view. 5 stars in each category of evaluation. Top accommodation for 2 people.
We rented the unit for my in-laws from the Netherlands and they were very impressed. It was nicely centrally located and everything in the unit was exactly to their liking. They cannot get enough of the view and have already made it known that they want to stay there again on their next visit.

This is an ideal break away retreat, waking up to the sound of the waves and ocean. Stunning view and the apartment's are clean and in excellent condition.
Very centrally located to visit all attractions.
Apartment was clean and has everything you need. Good location. Negatives are that keys have to be collected and returned at another address and that visitors are not taken by als. You can't assume visitors know how it works at the parking and apartment if it's their first time there. Less than 15 DStv channels worked. Underfloor heating is advertised but you are not allowed to use it? WiFi only works on phone.
We had a very relaxing Easter weekend with family. The place was safe and we had a wonderful view of the ocean.
Quiet, safe on the beach. The shops just shouldn't be so terribly expensive with simple things. Furthermore, a joy to be there.
Flat neat but the street is noisy and balcony very small and could have been cleaner in terms of chairs and braai.
The unit is beautiful and clean. The double bed doesn't fit the quality of the rest of the unit. A big person would struggle to sleep on it and it isn't of good quality. Small things like soaps, dishrags, coffee, sugar and tea are wanting. It would be nice if they could bring us the key. When one is tired of the road or of flying, one doesn't really feel like looking for places. The restaurant and coffee shop in the building is very convenient.
