11 guests' feedbackHad a really nice stay. All the animals come to drink water from the pond located by the stoep, from early in the morning. Enjoyed it a lot. The house has everything one needs, especially with teenagers. Teenagers had a great time with the animals so close to home. Thank you very much for the wonderful holiday.

Super neat house with great facilities. Very peaceful atmosphere. Would recommend the house to any family or group of 5+ people.
Was a little disappointed at home. Mostly the upper part. Rooms and bathrooms are not up to the top. 2 rooms have no privacy and if in bathrooms everyone in upper rooms can hear you. Bottom room is only room that has privacy. Sitting, dining room and kitchen are nice and outside porch and braai area was very nice. 2 aircons not working.
Cute place. Neat and big. Could also move with a wheelchair. Delicious braai area. Kudus and warthogs and mouse dogs seen. Will definitely go again.
Als was perfect. The turn off to the house is just very hard to see from the main road. You drive by every time, then I noticed a thorn tree at the turn with toilet paper - then never drove by again. LOL. Will book here again in the future.
The upper shower's drain doesn't drain very well and we couldn't use the shower further which made it a bit difficult with 8 people. The toilet in bathroom with bathtub did not work at all.
At R2650, that is relatively expensive for Marloth Park. We expected more. Many bathroom towels had holes in. The couches were full of dust. The beds were old and springy, the sheets were not fitted sheets and due to the old mattresses. kept on coming off. So you end up sleeping a bare mattress (which is rather unpleasant). Microwave hadn't been cleaned since last guest were there, they were still pieces of food inside. No broom and mop available for guests, which is annoying for self catering in the bush, as the floors get dirty quickly. Outside furniture was very uncomfortable, which is also unpleasant as that is were you spend all your time. I would not return there under any circumstances.
The place is for sure where you want to stretch out. Hieso just says that's where you should be! Hieso in the forest. Very nice place and would return anytime!
Very nice place to stay, only negative comment is the beds ─ the mattresses are worn out and can't sleep well, will have to get new beds. Furthermore, an awesome place to stay.
It was great, just need to put in new beds as the beds were very uncomfortable.
