We requested to check in earlier and it was not a problem at all. Bronwyn was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included in the price and you can have a delicious breakfast at the Highlander Restaurant. Rooms are very nice, clean and tidy and the location is perfect.

Stylish room, perfect location and within walking distance from all the shops and restaurants.
We were received very kindly and we felt at home from the start. Bronwyn's sparkling personality definitely made us feel at home and we were treated like old acquaintances. The breakfast was top notch. Will definitely use their hospitality again.
I would suggest they get an aircon or fan because it is very hot. The cost to overnight is very expensive and there is no breakfast included, even though it says B&B. I think they should look at their price and/or give breakfast seeing as how it's by a restaurant.
Tastefully decorated, new, tidy, good location, management goes the extra mile. Thank you Bronwyn and staff. Not cheap, but you won't be disappointed with the quality.
Rooms very neat, but lack of breakfast included in price at this rate should be reconsidered. Lack of reception creates embarrassment, as guests at the bar counter have to inquire about where to go.
We had our little problems, but they were quickly sorted out by the friendly staff. It is a good location for people who like an active environment. It is part of the Highlander Restaurant community. Very helpful and friendly. We were there over a long weekend and Clarens was packed. People from the restaurant next door were hanging out and you could hear it from the room, with the world cup it was nice to hear the buzz, but other nights the buzz was not so nice. But it varies from person to person. The time we booked breakfast was not included, so we just slept there. A little pricey but worth a break away.
