Very safe place with everything you need. Will definitely visit again.
The host is brilliant, willing to bend over backward to please. However, the place is not the cleanest at all. The kitchen has perhaps got all the goodies, but very little working space. There are just too many steps, steps from one room to the other, and also from the outside. Would not be suitable for elderly people, especially those who may have walking issues.
The welcome we received from the owner was excellent, very friendly and hospitable.

We do not comment because we want to be critical, but rather share information because of the experience as guests who have stayed in many places around the world. The environment is beautiful, peaceful and safe, but the beds' mattresses are soft, the inner springs are done and push through. This caused great inconvenience... Good sleep was difficult! The bedding was nice and clean, but somewhat old. The middle door in the corridor is not sound-proof and the noisy foreign guests in the Self-catering Apartment made noise until late at night... Just as we probably also late on Saturday night, while we were packing, the guests next door may have bothered us. The toilet's mechanism gets stuck after it has been flushed and this causes a waste of water if one's ear is not attuned to the constant running water. The refrigerator's freezer only needs to be completely defrosted once. It was difficult to open and close the plastic flap and it can freeze so that the next person will break the plastic flap.
Small and cramped. Not recommended.
Good directions so easy to find, pleasant welcome from staff and owners, compact but fully equipped, two bedrooms if needed, spotlessly clean, distant sea view from sitting-out stoep, off-road parking behind gates, on two levels so several steps, separate loo, spacious shower and nice hot water.
Had a great stay with a nice sea view.

We booked this unit for 4 people to stay overnight after the Transbavian Mountain Bike Race. When we first got into the unit in the morning I was surprised how neat and luxurious it was for the mere R500 per unit for one night. I will definitely book here again when I want to stay in Jeffreys Bay.

We used it as a stopover and for that purpose it was absolutely perfect. The place is clean, safe and in a safe area. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would also use it again if I was ever looking for a place to stay again.

We only stayed one night after the Trans Bavian Bike Race. So we spent little time in the apartment. However, the facilities are very neat, clean and extremely safe. The vehicle is parked out of sight from the street. The hostess spared no effort to ensure a comfortable stay for us.
Perfect overnight lock-up unit! We were kindly received and were completely at ease with open doors while we could enjoy the beautiful view.
