There may be no parties or events at the house.Please keep in mind that during their stay, guests are responsible for the keys and remote control. The cost of replacing lost keys and remotes must be paid in cash before departure.
Please be considerate of the neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum, particularly after 22:00 and before 07:00.
Knysna has water restrictions; please use the water sparingly.
If guests require a daily housekeeping service, the same can be arranged, subject to 48 hours notice. Payment will be at guest's expense, payable daily in cash to the cleaning supervisor. Alternatively, when making the booking, guests can request a daily housekeeping service, payable daily in cash to the cleaning supervisor
Check-out time is by 10:00 AM at the latest. Please respect this time, as the house has to be cleaned between guests.
Please note that there are baboons on the Pezula Estate. All windows in the house are fitted with baboon-proof latches, but guests will need to ensure that doors are closed and locked when not at the house.
