The open plan kitchen has enough cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils with a 4-plate stove and oven, a microwave, 2 double door combination fridge-freezers, and one washing machine. The lounge or TV room has a TV with access to Netflix, Wi-Fi, and YouTube. There are also 5 air-conditioning units that are more than sufficient to keep the house cool.
There is a double and single car port. There is enough parking space for at least 5 vehicles.
The house has its own private swimming pool sunken in the deck, a lapa with an indoor braai area, with 2 toilets that can be used as a conference facility. There is also a braai area at the back of the house where kids can be supervised by parents.
Make sure to use the sunken boma at night for family and friend gatherings and especially to warm up during winter.
The estate is 680ha in size, with each lodge or house set on a hectare stand. Access is strictly monitored through a security gate with 24-hour access control. The estate is located just a few 100 m outside Hoedspruit and is located close to a number of restaurants, pubs, and shops. The estate provides a variety of activities, such as horse riding, game drives, hiking, mountain biking, and more.

Would definitely recommend the accommodation, very quiet, private and animals roam your yard. The manager, Yolandie, is very helpful, she organized all the arrangements perfectly. Will definitely book into Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate again. Thank you very much.
Attention to detail: please make sure there is a roll of toilet paper in each toilet. Make sure there are a few drops of dish soap to start with. Make sure a guest knows exactly how the electricity works on-top, we were caught off guard in the middle of a sweltering hot night with no electricity. We had no cell phone signal (Cell C) in HWE so communication was practically impossible within the estate, please call it. Please make the sharp aluminum point right at the bottom step leading to the pool, my son cut his foot badly. Please make the corner of the skirting board right by the living room's sliding door that leads to the outside/swimming pool. The lower shower handle comes off when you turn the shower, it needs a new screw. If you turn on the geyser's circuit breaker on the DB board in the garage, the water flows from a downpipe at the front of the house to the left of the front door that comes out under the roof, we preferred to turn it off. Please warn guests that the tiles around the pool and around the patio are deadly slippery when wet, we also had 3 incidents. Please see the above as constructive suggestions and not as destructive criticism.
The only unpleasant thing for the weekend was the weather - everything else, house and surroundings were perfect!
This place did not bore us as a group for a moment, we enjoyed the pool table with its braai area so much that we almost didn't go to sleep. The owner was in contact with me from a week before our arrival until a day after we left, it is comfortable, tidy and clean. We would stay there again anytime. There really isn't anything we needed that wasn't there. Thank you very much Tina.
Indlovu Lodge is an absolutely wonderful place to recharge your batteries. The house and all the facilities are great. Everything you need is there. The host, Riaan is very friendly and helpful and makes you feel right at home. It is wonderful to see all the animals that come to visit and that stay at home. It was a privilege to stay in such a 5-star house and our dog was also welcome. We can't wait to return.
The lodge surpassed all my expectations. I highly recommend this lodge.The best place to be part of nature with the animals and unbelievable quietness. The place will see us again shortly.
Although we were only there for one night, this place is very nice with all the necessary amenities available for your usage. Would definitely want to go back for a longer stay with the family.

It's close to Kruger National Park. It offers braai facilities and is a lovely place.
Clean, quiet and has amenities that one would expect. There are a few maintenance issues that could be quickly sorted out which would make the experience more enjoyable. However, good overall appearance and value for money.
Property is a little tired, but it was perfect for what we needed. Kitchen had everything one could possibly need.
The response time was actually great. The owner would take calls and answer requests quite efficiently. The house is very much ideal for family group. Very safe for kids. The DStv however was not working and TV's were disconnected in the bedrooms. There are extra costs which are not explicitly indicated such as electricity which we had to buy, the key deposit is actually double the amount indicated on the website.
Very nice, comfortable house but it doesn't make up for the fact that the grill outside was very dirty and there were no cleaning products at our disposal to clean it ourselves. A few garden chairs around the barbecue area would also be nice.

We had a great time staying in the house and had a great time relaxing even though we were there for business. It's like going home to the Wild Garden. What a lovely house to socialise with others. However, I would like to point your attention to the fact that the air-conditioner in the lounge is leaking. The curtains and couches were dripping wet when we arrived. I would recommend that the owner be notified so that it can be fixed before there is more damage.
We had a problem with hot water, but I'm sure it has been fixed.

We enjoyed our stay there so much that we are now considering buying a house there ourselves. The animals make you can't wait to go home. We visited the dam in the morning and in the evening and were very happy to take beautiful pictures.
Highly recommended! Everything you need is there from washing machine to dishwasher. Delicious lapa and swimming place for children. Great air conditioning which is a relief in the hot area.

We were a family of 3 and had no problem. Not sure if the property will actually work for large groups. There is more than enough sleeping space, but only 4 people can sit around the table inside and outside. Also only 2 bathrooms. Ideal for 8 people tops, I think. It was terribly hot and we only stayed inside where the air conditioning was. If you wanted to hang out outside, the lapa is right on the street and everyone can see in. However, they are working on it and making it more private. The beds and bedding are of very good quality and there are TVs and air conditioning in most of the rooms. Will go back again.
We had a great time, and there was plenty for young and old to do. The kitchenware that is provided is very modern and made the stay very easy. Had small issue but management resolved it quickly and professionally. Barbecue area and children's play area were a hit. Sleeping facilities were adequate and everyone was satisfied. House was child-friendly and everyone wanted to stay longer!!
