41 guests' feedbackThe apartment was well equipped with everything u need. The light switch in the main bedroom needs to be fixed though. Bathroom door does not lock. No coffee table as in the pictures. generally had a good stay. Would recommend it.
Everything was well organized and a nice place to stay.
The resort's facilities are basic, but neat, clean and spacious. My only child has made friends, which is a plus. The games room and pools are lovely - we didn't even go anywhere else for the two days. Our WiFi was spotty, but the resort manager was very helpful.

Clean and neatly equipped place - ideal self-catering units. Swimming pools very nicely maintained. Everyone who works there is very friendly and eager to make your time there as comfortable as possible. Nice close to the shops - just walking distance. Safe. Covered parking. Very good value for money - would definitely stay here again.
Lovely pool area, nice chalets and very close to all the necessary amenities. Warm pool is Jacuzzi-ish in size and heat.
The place is the place to be. Neat, staff are friendly. I would go back again.
We really enjoyed it, my son especially, he was in the pool all day and didn't even want to go to Warmbaths resort. So would really recommend it, it was peaceful and relaxing.
We really enjoyed our stay at Hoogland Spa Family Resort. Staff was so welcoming and knowledgeable. As for the kids games, it came as a surprise to us. The cleanliness was out of this world, definitely going back next year.

Although the location is far inland the destination is beautiful. Enjoyed ourselves in abundance especially in the warm bath resorts that was within walking distance. Also, the shops and restaurants were within arms length. Really had a fantastic time. Will be booking in again soon.

The resort is perfectly clean and within walking distance of the warm baths. The spa treatment is heavenly and unrushed. Absolute value for money.

The place is situated in good area. I believe they still have a lot to do before people can recognise it as the best. Their spa isn't up to standard. Entertainment room is not well taken care of and not much to do there inside the premises. The spa brochure sent via email differs from the one you get when you're there.
The Hoogland Spa far exceeded all our expectations. The Hoogland Spa is just the right place where a withered city life can be filled with new zest for life. Adriaan welcomed us and provided valuable information about the Spa. The one bedroom unit we stayed in was lovely and so neat, spacious and completely fully furnished. The braai corner was very practical and cozy. The highlight was the Hoogland Spa's two excellent Spa therapists, Molly and Evelyn. We just visited them three times. We would love to visit the Hoogland Spa again.
My stay at Hoogland was great.
We were pleasantly surprised, place is neat and clean, kitchen small but well equipped. Pool and games room was also a great pleasure. Could see that there is enough to keep children busy. Pool and games room only available between 9 in the morning and 9 in the evening. Rules are a bit strict around drinks and food in the recreation area. But it worked well for us. We will definitely visit there again.

Right from the get-go we had a wonderful experience. The place is spotless and spacious. The main bedroom is pretty as a picture and the bathroom, with its big shower, wasn't cramped like one would expect of overnight places. We had a nice swim and weren't bothered at any time. The service was exceptional. I really recommend Hoogland Spa.

The service was excellent. They went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Any requests we had were handled quickly. The spa staff are friendly and excellent. The units are spacious and each has a bath and shower, very affordable. Only suggestion from a safety perspective is to put motors on the gates so that you don't have to get out of your vehicle at night to open the gate.
Management is not available to help us with our problems. Aircon didn't work. Equipment in the kitchen trips the power. No two ply toilet paper as indicated beforehand. Other guests make a noise without anything being done about it.
Definitely worth it. I will definitely return in the future.

I would recommend Hoogland Spa if you need peace and quiet. The service is also very good and the stay was very pleasant. I would perhaps only recommend for a wider range of children's channels from DStv.
Children did not want to go back home
The contents of the unit are already outdated and new linen etc. would be welcome, but it was a pleasant experience.
