The place is beautiful! With everything and more you need. Unbelievably beautiful view.
The house is neatly served with everything that is needed for a weekend or for a week or two. Rooms are very neat with quality linen. The view with the mountain right in front of you is incredible. The area is very private and quiet but only a few steps from the central town.
This was the second time we have stayed at Hopton House and once again it was an absolutely delightful experience, once again exceeding my best expectations. Clarens is absolutely heaven on earth, and this house is ideally located to take in the best of Clarens; the beautiful view and proximity to nature, as well as easy walking distance to town make this the most perfectly located residence.
We were looking for relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle, and Hopton House met all our needs. The facilities were spacious for two couples.

It was delicious. The house is perfectly furnished with literally everything one needs, was especially pleasantly surprised with all the barbecue tools in the garage. Couldn't recommend Hopton House more, was absolutely perfect. Was a lovely break, would definitely stay at Hopton House again. Thank you very much Estelle for your kindness in the communication, and the attention to the finest detail in the house which contributed to an unforgettable weekend. Just a pity the weekend was so short, but it was my fault, hehe.

Hopton House met all our expectations. Very good mattresses and furniture and equipment and board games and kitchenware. Double garage very convenient and good security with lovely lawn for children. Only criticism is the wardrobe in the second bedroom which could have been a full-length wardrobe - would only work better.

Hopton House is beautiful and spotless. It's very well equipped with everything that is needed. Maybe air-conditioning for both of the two rooms upstairs. Has a lovely big patio.
