It is a beautiful unit and the sea views cannot be described in words. We will definitely come here again. The accommodation's agency started communicating with me and even forwarding bills. It seems this agency manages the unit and the service was extremely poor.
The agents were very professional and helpful. Everything was neat and in place. The view was amazing and it added to our weekend that we will never forget. Thank you very much Horizon Bay for excellent service and accommodation.

Upon our arrival, which we did call in advance according to your request, we stood on the street and did not know where to go. The security officer was very curt and "unhelpful". The agent, or what is called the person who had to help us check in, even worse. The key to the unit was locked in the mailbox, and our "agent" did not have a key to get it out. Meanwhile, we are still standing on the street without anyone giving us an idea of what is going on. The unit itself is not nearly worth the money. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience.

Location, view is excellent, but the unit lacks attention to detail. Dissatisfied with the incomplete kitchen utensils. We only had one teaspoon! Microwave turntable did not work. No trash cans in rooms or bathrooms. Only three chairs on balcony, but we were 4 people. The iron's wire had already been repaired in 4 places, but there was still an open cable at the neck, the iron can only be replaced.
