Horizon Bay 1302 is a beachfront apartment offering guests a luxurious seaside holiday in the popular suburb of Bloubergstrand. It is ideal for guests looking for a tranquil stay, yet close to the city centre.

The lovely non-smoking apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The main bedroom has direct access to the balcony with beautiful sea views.

There is also a spacious open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering that also includes a washing machine and tumble dryer, a dishwasher and a pod coffee machine. Pods are available at Checkers, Pick & Pay or Spar stores.

The lounge area leads out onto a patio where guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island as well as part of Table Mountain and is equipped with a gas braai. Uncapped Fibre Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and a TV with full DStv channels. There is also an inverter in the case of load shedding.

The apartment building is 30 m from the promenade to the beach that is any surfer, standup board paddler or kite surfer's paradise.

House rules
For long stays, a weekly cleaning is available at R350 per cleaning on request.

Any loss or damage to the property and or its contents must be paid for, whether accidental or on purpose.

Any lost keys or keys not returned will result in locks and keys being replaced and you held accountable for such charges. This is in the interest of security.
Due attention is therefore advised. Should such damage or loss be more than the key- and breakage-deposit, you will forfeit your deposit and still be liable for the balance of such loss and or damage.

Helen, the owner, does not accept liability for any loss and or damage to any personal items and or person for any reason whatsoever. Sufficient travel and medical insurance is therefore strongly advised.

Any check-in after 19:00 will incur a late check-in fee of R500.00.
