7 guests' feedbackVery nice stay, everything was clean, tidy and in working order. The sea view was breathtaking. And all the nice places to eat are close by.
Excellent location as the traffic is not as bad as downtown. Easy drive to Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. Many restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Their sign-up procedure is a bit time consuming and choosing a specific time slot is a problem. We chose a slot from 13:00 to 13:30 but only got our car at 12:55. Fortunately, the lady still kindly helped us even though we only got there at around 13:40.

The apartment is located in a nice area. The pool is neat. There is no need to take anything with you. Restaurants right around the apartment. Private balcony and sea view it's like on the sea and table mountain is visible. Would recommend it anytime.
Beautiful view, excellent facilities, very safe. All we missed was air conditioning and that swimming pool was not available.
Very well equipped unit with good security. All that is needed are candles or lights for load shedding. Excellent location for mountain and sea views.

House rules
A standard key & breakage deposit is due before or at check-in. The holding amount depends on the length of stay and the standard of the apartment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.The holding deposit is completed through a secure link with a credit card. This is merely a hold on the amount and released within 14 days after checkout if no claims were reported. If no credit card is available for the holding deposit, the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank and reflect in our account before arrival. We will then request a bank confirmation letter to process the refund back to the guest's account.
If none of the two options above was actioned a refundable cash/debit card payment must be made before check-in can be completed and there would be a minimum fee of R150 applicable for the processing of the refund back to your account. No cash refunds will be allowed.
No keys will be handed over without the above.
A late check-in fee is applicable for check-in after 18:00.
