43 guests' feedbackNice stay and visit. The location is great. We also made use of the resort's facilities such as the tennis courts and putt-putt.
It was a wonderful weekend. The place is very comfortable and we lacked basically nothing. The bathroom on the upper level is spacious with a very nice large bath. The view from the upper and lower balconies is breathtaking, the sound of the waves is like the music of the sea especially at night. Many thanks to the host and his family for a lovely relaxing weekend we spent in the house. My two daughters really enjoyed it. The house offers value for money and I am happy to recommend it.
Want to thank the owner. Our stay was awesome. The house was immaculate and really don't need to take anything with you. Beautiful place he has. Will be going again in a couple of months' time. Highly recommend it. Gave out numbers to friends and family already because so many asked where I was just by looking at my status. Thanks again for the communication during our stay.

Perfect family house right on the rocks. Huge bedroom upstairs en suite, another downstairs and kids bunk bedroom both en suite. Kids loved having their own loo, shower and basin, and the bunk beds were a good size. Everything we needed was there, and a big TV upstairs and downstairs with Netflix was a bonus as it was winter. The inside braai worked well on a cold and windy day. The host was very helpful and obliging at all times.

Jan is an incredible host. Always available for any email and phone call. The place was kid friendly and the upstairs room was just incredible. The views from the braai area are amazing and the free Netflix also helped a lot. During loadshedding you could go to the pool area and have fun with the kids. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back.
We had a very nice vacation for 8 days at House 12 Beach Club. We were 4 adults and one teenager, and fit very comfortably in the house. We had family that came to visit and were able to comfortably grill in the indoor grill and accommodate everyone. The views are amazing and we saw whales every day. The house is well equipped for self-catering and has everything you need in the kitchen and bedrooms. We will definitely visit here again when we are in Hermanus.
We enjoyed the stay. The house is beautiful and comfortable. It is near town for convenience, but a great beach breakaway.
House right on the sea! Incredible view. House is nice and big and very neat. Everything you need is in the house. Master bedroom upstairs has a balcony overlooking the sea. The room is large with a large bathroom.
It was very nice to sleep in a bedroom that is literally on the rocks.
Only problem was that during load shedding there was a problem with lighting and although there was a small converter for the WiFi, it mostly didn't work.
Our stay was for 3 nights and I would like to start with the positives. Location was amazing, basically on the rocks. Rooms were spacious and facilities were good, tennis and putt-putt etc. Our challenges were the bathroom towels were small and thin and only 2 available in each room. Too little for a 3-night stay and especially in winter. None of the bathrooms had hand towels. The front door key did not work and we used the side door to enter and exit. Besides the scheduled load shedding we were hit with random power cuts which was frustrating.
We had a wonderful weekend. The house had everything we needed and the view is breathtaking. The premises security is very good. Was truly a wonderful stay. Thank you, can't wait for the next stay.
My family would definitely love to go back to House 12 Beach Club.

The view from the porch and deck is incredible and the sound of the waves ensures a great sleep. There is everything you need and it is beautiful, clean and tidy. I would love to go back again. We found the inner grill to be too high especially when making pot. It would be nice if there was also an outdoor barbecue as the weather was lovely.

House 12 has several places to hang out in the form of porch areas. The main porch in front of the house, on ground level, connects to the living room, as well as the dining/braai room through folding/concertina sliding glass doors that give House 12 a nice holiday atmosphere. We had a great time.
We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay, the kids enjoyed being near to the beach with an option of tennis and putt-putt as well as a games room on the premises. 2 days was definitely not enough to enjoy all this house had to offer. The house itself was fully equipped with a patio that overlooks the ocean. Shower in bathrooms was a bit mouldy and there was a mouse under the staircase. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and even with these negatives we would definitely go back because the positives far outshines the negatives.

We had a lovely family weekend in this house. The house offers everything you can think of! You only need to take your clothes with you. Sitting on the porch and watching the waves was a highlight. We really enjoyed our stay. The view was awesome. The only negative is driving past an informal settlement on the way into the estate.
We really enjoyed it but will not go there again for the following reasons. The house is bordered by an informal settlement, the complex is in security complex but the side walls that demarcate the estate are open next door due to the rocks and sea, so any person can walk through it, so from a safety point of view that's the big reason why we won't go back. Last point, the home's lighting is very poor.

House 12 Beach Club is as beautiful in real life as the picture posted. It is comfortable and clean. Had I known, I would have only taken my suitcase and nothing else. Everything else was provided for, even your complimentary bottle of wine. As it's only 5 minutes to town, we were able to visit quite a few of the restaurants Hermanus has to offer. House 12 Beach Club should be your accommodation of choice if you want peace, tranquility and beautiful surroundings and as is with Hermanus, the weather was great given the time of year.
Well received and everything was neat. Truly a home away from home.
The house sleeps 5. Everything is available that you would need. Nice, relaxing and close to the ocean. The sliding doors are wonderful and it feels as if you're sitting outside.
