House at Longbeach offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 2-bedroom holiday apartment situated on the top level of the main house and is located 400 m from Noordhoek Beach. Guests will have lovely views of both the sea and the mountains and the unit is adjacent to the nature reserve.

The apartment can accommodate 4 guests and offers a unique atmosphere that combines the traditional elements of a farmhouse with the cosy characteristics of a beach house. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. Each bedroom has access to a large balcony. A bath, shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the bathroom. All linen and towels are provided.

The main living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen has marble countertops and is fully equipped with a stove, 2 ovens, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with 2 stools.

Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table and the lounge has comfortable seating, a fireplace and a TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

An inverter with backup batteries backs up the TV, internet, alarm system and entrance gate during load-shedding and a gas plate is available for cooking.

The garden with a swimming pool, pond, braai and play area can be reached via a staircase from the terrace.

There is parking for 1 car on the property.
