We had a great stay and it is for sure a beautiful place. Would definitely recommend it.
Very cute guesthouse with modern designs. I loved the 'walk-thru' shower. The common area is well stocked with utensils and modern kitchen equipment for self-catering. I opted for a cute bakery opposite Pinardt and a Cape Malay restaurant about 2 blocks away. Delicious curry on a cold Robertson evening. Will definitely make a return visit.
Our stay at House of Pinardt was very relaxed. Lovely room and bathroom. The communal kitchen and sitting area with a fireplace was a gem during the cold July winter night!
Our stay was wonderful. The guests are amazing and super friendly. The host was great. Well done! Will definitely come back again. And the place is a master class. Love everything about it.
Room and bathroom beautifully furnished and delicious coffee, cookies and biscuits. The kitchen is fully equipped and the small pool and delicious braai facilities are a bonus.
Hospitably received, everything laid out, comfortable room decorated with care. Looks as advertised. It was lovely to be able to relax in the pool at sunset.

The only reason for marking down the safety score to 4 stars was the off-street parking, as we had a luggage trailer and had to unpack everything for a one-night stay, we could not leave the luggage in the trailer.
The weather was warm and cosy. They do not have a gas heater but trust me, the warm water bottle and fleece blanket are enough. Picture-perfect self-catering unit.
Old world charm with beautiful modern elements. Power crisis here to stay. Would like to see the guest industry make provision for this. Especially if ladies want to use a hair dryer or do ironing. Very inconvenient especially if one is considering self-catering for these types of services. Extremely inconvenient. Guests were unsure about time table and area and found it inconvenient and uncomfortable in getting ready for a function.

The interior decorating is really nice. On arrival the fire had been lit and the kettle had been boiled in anticipation of load shedding. The accommodation is situated on a rather busy road with noisy large trucks passing a mere few meters from the bedroom window. The booking stated that it was on a bed and breakfast basis. However breakfast was not offered by the establishment but a voucher was issued to have breakfast at a specified nearby restaurant. Regrettably the voucher did not cover the cheapest breakfast together with the cheapest coffee on the menu of this restaurant requiring the guest to pay additionally for the breakfast.
Trendy hotel with great service and good value for money.
I stayed with my parents in the Zoe self-care unit. Everything was beautiful and neat. The owner started communicating with me the day before the check-in time to make sure when I would arrive and that everything was OK. They took our needs into account so nicely and accommodated us accordingly. I will 110% check into House of Pinardt again in the future.

We stayed in the self-catering unit. The unit was separate from the other 3 units and was detached. The unit was well equipped with everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. There was a comfortable king-size bed with quality white linen and a feather blanket that kept us nice and warm against the cold snow. The shower was large and the water was soon hot. Soap and sanitizer were provided, and the unit was very clean. There are 2 parking spaces on the premises, i.e. for 2 units, the guests of the other 2 units had to park in the state, it works on "first come first serve", this was a problem for us. Guests are requested to lock the outside gate for security purposes, but despite that, some of the other guests left the gate open when they drove. The host was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. There was WiFi. Coffee, tea, milk and biscuits were provided. There was also sherry in the common area for us to use, which we didn't use. We had a nice stay and can recommend the guest house.

We found our self-catering unit to be tastefully decorated and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable with cotton sheets and duvet covers. The unit opened up to a shared inner courtyard, which was quiet and had a pool, braai area and lots of seating areas. Great value for money for a family.
Stylish, elegant and very neat accommodation. Quality white bedding and a lovely shower attracted attention. Sorry that we couldn't enjoy the place more due to our busy schedule. All that bothered was the busy and noisy street with cars and trucks speeding by at night.

We were very surprised how beautiful the room was inside and definitely as beautiful as the photos that were taken on the website. The room was very clean inside and the linen had that "crisp" feeling of freshness. The most beautiful is the bathroom's shower, certainly very stylish and elegant. We really liked the 'Attention to detail" in the room and how modern it was inside. The owners were very hospitable and made us feel at home. There are a few recommendations I would like to pass on as positive criticism though. 1. There is definitely an air con in the room because it can get quite "stuffy" during the evening and an air con would also have taken away some of the noise from the busy road. (If you open the one window above the front door, all the noise comes into the room). One would also expect that there is something like this especially in Roberston, as well as what one pays a night there. 2. We slept there for 2 nights and on the 2nd night coffee powder was left for us again, as well as 2 biscuits for the next morning, but we were disappointed because there was no milk and we couldn't go and ask because the owners wasn't there. The cups were also still dirty from the morning's coffee and the coffee thingy with which you make the nut coffee was still just as dirty. It's a B&B so there is no place for the guests to wash it and had to wash it in the bathroom, but yes, nevertheless I couldn't drink coffee because there was no milk. The water that was given to us was not refilled either. It's completely different if you have a self-catering unit then you are prepared for that, but we have already gone for the B&B option. 3. The hanging cupboard might just be a bit longer to perhaps take a dress or a suit on a hanger or maybe just hanging space for something in the room like what is at the bathroom's shower for the towels. So in summary just a few small "fine" tunings and the house of Pinardt will definitely be a winner!
It was a lovely experience. We loved the arty interior. Everything is brand new. The quality of the bedding and mattress was excellent. I would just recommend that the owner install a door between the bedroom and bathroom for toilet privacy. Highly recommended! Very friendly and efficient on our arrival.
We were received extremely friendly and felt right at home, Rian called ahead of time to make sure everything was still on schedule and that they were waiting to receive us.
