10 guests' feedbackVery comfortable and safe. We unfortunately had noisy neighbours for the first night but that is no fault of the venue. I would not like to stay there during the day due to the noise from the neighbouring school.
The room was so neat and clean. It was opposite the hospital where I was having surgery the next day, so very convenient. Everyone was helpful and kind!
This accommodation is ideal if you are having surgery at the hospital close by and have to stay overnight. This unit was much better equipped than unit 3 which we stayed in last week.
The location is spot on when you have a procedure at the hospital. Also the 3 Donkeys Coffee Shop just down the road is a great venue to eat. The room was not 100% clean. In the shower there was the previous guests' empty soap paper, shampoo and soap which was still in the shower basket. The floor towel at the shower was upside down with the tag showing. Only 1 roll of toilet paper. The fridge in room 3 desperately needs to get defrosted. It has not been done for ages. It is a 4 sleeper, short of glasses, cutlery and crockery. TV only has MNet. Sorry we are also in the hospitality industry. The manager didn't know if we were entitled to the breakfast in the morning, also didn't know if we still owed some payment for the accommodation. Beds very comfortable. Otherwise it suited us perfectly for what we needed.
We were kindly welcomed and informed. Place is very clean and tidy. Breakfast and packed lunches very nice. Workers very friendly and helpful.

We were welcomed with a smile and the room was very neat and tide. Security is excellent.
Mirror in sleeping area for blowing hair etc. That's all it takes!
Our unit was spacious, comfortably furnished and we really didn't need anything extra. Banele asked us every day if we needed anything extra, or if we had any special requests for the next morning's light breakfast. Every night we walked into a super clean unit.
