42 guests' feedbackWe had a very pleasant stay with Anne and her husband in I-Iollo. We think the location is the best in San Francis Bay with a stunning view from our balcony over the river mouth and the ocean, only a few minutes away from a very good restaurant. The room was very clean and fully equipped, all for a luxurious feeling. We can warmly recommend I-Iolo guesthouse.
We stayed here as part of our honeymoon. Perfect place for evening's rest.

This was such a pleasent stay for my wife and I on our honeymoon. Amazing views from the room and deck. Quite and tranquil and a perfect spot for a weekend escape. The owners was so caring and inviting. They also served an amazing breakfast. I'll definitely recommend this B&B for anyone and will certainly make use of them again in the furture.

The place is cute but no WiFi reception. TV only has a few channels, no barbecue, only Weber. Maybe a suggestion to put in a DVD player and maybe say there is only Weber, no braai place. The village itself is also not the friendliest of people, would not recommend or use again.

Location is great - at the estuary. Service was good and friendly and Ann (hostess) went out of her way to make our stay special.
We were only there for one night for a wedding so we did not spend much time at the B&B. Even though they knew we are a married couple our room had two single beds that had a table between them. Would have preferred if they pushed the beds together to form a double bed. Other than that it was OK.
We had a very happy experience. Very clean and comfortable accommodation set in very tranquil surroundings. We could have stayed for much longer had time permitted. Our hostess was wonderful and the breakfast perfect. Many thanks for your hospitality!
I'm sorry that we had only one night here. The room is beautiful and has a feeling of luxury: a white room with a thatched roof (you can see it also from inside the room) with selected furniture (and a big bed). But the best: huge windows from which you can see the sunrise over the sea and the river mouth. The only negative is that you will need a car or a bike to get to the restaurants.
Very hospitable welcome on arrival and upstairs rooms at front are excellent. Best breakfast for some time! Would return.

Wanted to be near water for kitesurfing while family sheltered from wind. Great location.
Robert and Ann are excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean, shabby and tidy with a lovely view, very comfortable bed and spacious, clean bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with excellent homemade jam, nut coffee and fresh fruit salad. We will definitely go there again!

Hosts were helpful and hospitable. Rooms were very comfortable. Set very close to the water and natural vegetation. Excellent restaurant nearby. Very good option for an overnight stay en route to destination. We would happily return.
