Had problems and was able to move one night, had car problems on the way there and necessary arrangements were made so that we could be helped. I would book again anytime and recommend to friends and family. It's not just an extra mile they walk for you, it's as much as necessary and more.

The windows' safety clips were broken and could not close properly. The shower is low and adults had to stand half stooped and shower. Furthermore, everything was clean and tidy.

We only needed overnight accommodation and Igloo Inn met our requirements 100%. Received very kindly by the staff and were very helpful.
Only got there late at night, Owner was friendly and helpful. Accommodation was changed to other units. The bathroom in the room we slept in has no curtain/barrier at the shower (spills water everywhere) bathroom is set up for a paraplegic. No place to wash own dishes (had to bring own plates, etc. - due to self-catering). Sinks at ablution blocks were dirty and clogged with leaves. Had to wash dishes in room's small sink. It's an ideal place for a quick overnight, and be on the road again.

The owners may only be able to make do with the hot water at the Igloo bathrooms, as the solar geyser doesn't seem to be working. Did have hot water at the other ablution. Security is not that good, gate is left open during the day, and there is no one at the gate to check who comes in and who goes out.
Even though the main water pipe burst in Polokwane and left the entire town without water from Thursday to Sunday, the owner of Igloo Inn made a plan with washing facilities. Luckily they have a borehole on the premises. I was probably the only participant of the IPSC Africa Champs 2018 who was able to go to bed clean!
The only thing that was very annoying and disturbing during the night was the neighbours dog barking non stop and eventually when he stopped a rooster started his 05:00 wake up call. They will have to do something about it.
Website does not reveal enough i.v.m. room options. Didn't have a microwave or bowls or plates and didn't know it wasn't available. The shower did not have a door and created a wet atmosphere. Was looking for a self catering unit but definitely not what we got. Understand it's a backpackers overnight but some of the photos on the website indicated microwave ovens but were not an option in our room.
