Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen, dining room, lounge, and studio apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge, 5-plate Smeg gas hob and electric oven, microwave, kettle, a dishwasher, washing machine, and cutlery and crockery. The dining room contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. The elegant lounge features bay windows and a marble working fireplace.
