44 guests' feedbackThoroughly enjoyed staying at Impala Cottage. The bushbuck, kudu and warthog visited us every morning and evening. We had the nagapie at the fruit table with bats trying to swipe some fruit here and there. Constance was a gem.

Impala Cottage is an absolute gem in the bush! We loved every minute of our holiday! The cottage is beautifully located, neat, modern, and has everything you need! We have to say a huge thank you to the host who was so attentive and such a pleasure to be around. We will definitely be back again!
The lady who comes to clean every day made you feel right at home and was a great help to us in keeping the place clean and passed on a lot of information.
It's a wonderfully comfortable "barefoot home", especially with the sliding doors and sliding windows in the kitchen that make you part of the outside even though you're inside. The rooms are just as lovely and also have the sliding mesh doors that allow you to sleep with your door wide open and not get eaten by bugs (or lions). We really enjoyed it and will definitely come back.

The stay at Impala totally exceeded our expectations. Impala is a place as pleasant and comfortable as one's own home. Constance was a great host and always ensured the place was clean and lights were on in the home when returning late afternoon from our day out to the Kruger National Park. The rooms and beds were comfortable and luxurious and the kitchen equipped with everything we needed for our stay! We loved the visits from kudu, warthogs, mongoose late afternoon. The pool was beautiful, unfortunately too cold to use in July. We could even hear the lions roar at night! We will definitely stay at Impala again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you to Anton for the updates and recommendations with regards to roads and shopping!
Impala Cottage is still as nice as when we were there 4 years ago. Very good value for money. House is immaculately clean, and it's so comfortable. Feel like you are at your own home. We had quite a few visits from zebras, kudus, warthogs, bushbucks and also night monkeys. Would recommend it anytime. My 5 year old son enjoys it just as much. Thanks Anton for the nice woodland getaway and thanks also to Constance who is very helpful. Even came to turn on our lights at home when we went to the wildlife park the 1st day and only got home after dark.

Owner and Constance are winners! Constance pampers herself with cleaning and washing up. Maybe you can just pay attention to the tiles at the pool, very smooth when you get out of the pool. Location is well located. Little paradise on its own!
After having the lousy year that we have been through, the stay at Impala Cottage was just what we needed, it was out of this world, it is so private, the best holiday we have been on in a long time, we will be back, I will definitely book again. The interaction with the animals, was amazing. Constance is awesome, I could communicate with her so easily and we had the pleasure of meeting Anton.

When we arrived there was a bit of a misunderstanding, previous guests had not yet left the house, but Constance had our place ready with nimble hands. Had a great time, will definitely visit again.

This is a perfect cottage for the smaller group of people or individuals. The place is spotless, Constance the house keeper is beyond wonderful. She respects your alone time and happy to engage with you should you want. The pool is adequate size for a small group. I will refer this place to everyone.

Attention to detail required. All globes not working, remotes not working as batteries needs to be replaced, TV connectivity not setup for use of PVR, and more should be done to equip for load-shedding.
