20 guests' feedbackIt was breathtaking. The flats are close to everything you need. I recommend Impala Holiday Flats. I love their hospitality. Above all, I like the fact that the flats are very affordable compared to others on the South Beach coast.
It was excellent and very clean.
Nice, and the security guards were so friendly and willing to help us with the wheelchair.
Impala must give more toilet paper and have a brush for the toilet.

People were very friendly and the place was safe, but the fact that there was no WiFi in the rooms was not nice. The TV channels can also be tackled.
The stay was good. The rooms can be improved by adding a broom and a cloth to wipe the floor. It is a self-catering unit and can get messy, especially when traveling with kids.
It was nice problem is they charge for dirty dishes they dont have washing liquid, no sponge ,no scourer pot, i can't buy those for only 2night stay.
My father taught me, if you can't say something nice or good, shut up.
The flat had a bad smell. Don't know if it was a paint smell or what. Struggled with the lifts. I must congratulate them on the cleanliness. Please consider a shower instead of a bath, especially with the beach sand.

We spent the night before leaving on a boat trip. There was everything we needed and the sea view was a bonus. The staff were friendly and security good. Thank you.
Service was excellent on reception.
I think Impala has to renovate their apartments. The bathroom doesn't look good, the toilet flushing system is old and the old leaking geyser on top of the bathtub, that's terrifying. The old cutlery, pots make it so difficult to cook different dishes. The only thing I like about Impala is that it's close to all amenities.
This place is affordable, close to everything and safe, we enjoyed our stay, the staff is friendly and reception is excellent.
Friendly reception, the place was clean.
We went there for our friend's baby shower and we had a music speaker, we played music and our next door flatmates wanted to join us (party with us) and we allowed them. We played music, partying, no one came asking us to not make noise till 21:30, then we put the music soft when our next door's was going to sleep.
